1 hour ago, Mike Dean is a god said:I thought it said “Lady Lay, Lady of Versailles” which is also very lana but either way I agree. More explosive frantic bridges!!
i think that’s similar to the line after, us lana fans gotta make up our own lyrics most of the time

we need a bridge as chaotic as your girl
late at night, lady on the side
call me late if you wanna get high
I swear to god I never knew what she was saying but when I finally did ...

34 minutes ago, Roll With me said:Dean Reid posted a story on his IG and you can clearly see his computer and a piece of paper with something written. Can someone zoom in on both and check if there's anything interesting? We might be able to get a title for the album (I think something like that happened to Marina a year ago)

mike dean is on twitch in 20 mins who’s gonna make an acc and comment questions about lana

thanks for saying this, ive been avoiding a paper and this actually helped me

5 minutes ago, lanasbottom said:tbh at this point she can keep it, it’ll probably be something boring like the white dress video plus + i know with clay being in the video it’ll age horribly. imagine if she put sean the pig in one her videos? or francesco in the music to watch boys mv? nahh that would be so embarrassing today
that would be really bad if the reason the video isn’t out already is because there was an issue between them
overall lana was really quiet so I don’t think it has to do with that

6 minutes ago, Ultraviolencequeen said:Any new word on overall producer for album? Do we still think it’s mostly jack? Didn’t she say to a fan that night that jack worked on the album? I wanna know more so bad. I can’t stop listening to WW.
at this point i think that fan was just lying for attention

? Does he mean how word heavy it is or the album as such?
i think he means her best lyrics but i’m not completely sure

8 minutes ago, Selfloathinpoet said:I wonder why Lana still hasn't deleted the RCS post saying it will be released June 1st. It would be a surprise if it were actually released, but Lana's instagram is so messy that it's the last source for reliable information, it's only a week away and we'll find out.
she had the time to delete her blank announcement thursday.
i really wonder what goes through her mind

our MINDS it must be for lana

the songs took me a long time to connect w tbh so if u didn’t initially like it i understand
for me:
wildflower came first
text book I just recently started to really enjoy, the only part of the song i don’t love is the second half of the chorus it just kinda sounds sloppy
blue banisters is ok, it doesn’t have much replay value to me because as @Rorman Nockwell said i cannot stand the constant name dropping, i never listen to DTWD because of it

17 minutes ago, Surf Noir said:i know some people feel differently, but even if i don't really like an album cover, it doesn't really affect how i feel about the music itself, i never liked the album cover for "she hangs brightly" by mazzy star, yet i still think it's a great album, although i think a folk/alt. rock band from the 90s that wasn't as well-known (at the time) is different from a pretty well-known alternative artist who's known for her aesthetics and visuals, i don't think blue banisters' cover is objectively good, definitely not, but if that's the album cover, i won't be that angry about it, i care more about the music at the end of the day, but i understand why people may feel differently
also whether we mean to or not, a cover is stuck in our minds while listening to the music and if it’s noticeably terrible, it may affect ur listening experience or ur initial thoughts at least. i think it’s really difficult for a lot of us to separate the visual from the music because it’s always been connected- especially with lana, she’s made that a point since the start of her career, idk what changed

wait guys, let’s do another group manifestation like we did in chemtrails pre-release and manifest a good cover
our good sis @Terrence Loves Me led it last time. who else attended I think we created a shift
