  3. i think heard video games on radio 1 in very late summer or maybe september '11 something like that it was played constantly, CONSTANTLY, england was fangirling over herrr so proud!
  4. just because she's in the public eye doesn't mean she HAS to reveal her private life, as you stated it's a "private lifestyle". Everyone is entitled to one and has the choice whether or not to reveal it, like lola said "She's talked about her teen alcoholism, drug use, a little about her boyfriend etc." No one should need to show their lifestyle or talk about their life more than they would like to. This is not an attack on you, i'm just disagreeing with your last comment.

  13. i'm glad she doesn't, you go to a concert to listen to the artist, you stand outside if you wanna meet them, if they don't wanna meet you they dont come out, IMO. simples.
  14. i would take her to a simple cafe which does a good english breakie and a mean cup of coffee OR i would go to a local park buy dinner at a stand and eat on a bench/on the grass or if i'm feeling really adventurous on the bank of a river...tbh...idc as long as the foods decent.
  15. hmmm...i like 'riding' so ride, tiwmus tbh only ever ran from the police once so i ain't hardcore, i would like to be a gogo dancer for like a couple weeks but it hasn't happened yet 'cause im too youngg so i can't quite relate to it but it's fun and quirky kinda like me so yerrr.

  17. i'm not on lanaboards for lana anymore (for the first week i had my account i was but after that nope), i'm on it for the people, you guys. .....is that a confession...?
  18. OMG..... that's so WEIRD. small world. You cannot die before watching these they're glorious! : Girl, Interrupted - i remember watching the film when i was really young and i've kept watching it since then, it's so imperfect i find it perfect. Into the Wild - pretty good, and laid back. Almost Famous - i juss love this film. Shawshank Redemption - it's a classic. Cleopatra - one of the only old films i like, pretty amazing. Juno - funnyyy Prayers for Bobby - so sweet Black Swan - now this is a good film Romeo and Juliet - leonardo dicaprio version - tacky and crazy Finally if you want a foreign film - La vita e bella - beautiful
  19. they are! the scene before last of M.Drive is so crazy when the old people are freaking the fuck out, omg i felt like my inside were being ripped out it was just so INSANE! you should watch requiem for a dream that's one of my favourite films and it's kinda mind-blowing especially the end! and i think you'd like it
  20. i remember watching eraserhead and thinking wtf?!, its the kinda film you would only ever understand if you were on acid. And i've seen parts of wild at heart but i don't really like nicholas cage,,,i do wanna watch the elephant man when i have the time i've heard that that's his best work..?
  21. the only lynch film i really enjoyed and felt that it hit me emotionally was mulholland drive other than that not really...they were kinda made me feel insane.
  22. she merged hip hop and classical, i rate her so highly because of this snm.
  23. oh i totes agree with ya! i just wanted to express another side to the analysis, give it different viewpoints like: mike wanted her too do well but she just got a bit crazy with the fame thing and he's just like shit get me outta here!
  24. i haven't heard the song but i have read all the lyrics of noir, if the song is about mike ~ relationship ended badly ~ then i believe he left her not the other way round. i think lizzy was too fame obsessed and lost herself in trying to become 'famous', and mike didnt want that, he wanted the real lizzy not fame obsessed lizzy. i think mike really loved her but the relationship was too chaotic and intense? leads to what he may or may not have said "never date a musician". at the end of the song it seems like lizzy's come to the realisation that she is caught up in the 'fame game' but is either: not wanting to get out or can't get out..."he's gonna hate me, he wants a real girl, i'm like a cartoon". i think the line suggests that she's either: happy and isn't willing to change into a real girl for him-not wanting to get out, or she's so caught up in the life she is and wanting to lead that she can't get out. Although i think mike left her i also think that she knew it was time to call it quits, but the parting was sour. side note: eh...that was long...'cuse the prose style too - it was lazy
