im not sure about that, we need to see how this era's hype going after the release (like weeks or months later in the year), and if the demand is still there or not... (i'm talking about the GP demand, for us fans, of course we would buy anything from her tbh). If this era hits an NFR jackpot, it might work out, but if it goes COCC/BB way, then i dont think it would work out that way. Lana did say on the live when a fan asked her to put out the vinyl later just like Taylor Swift - which she answered "cause she can, she can tho" - which means she knows that Taylor's demand is so high, to the point that Taylor can just surprise-drop an album or 2 in a single year & then sell the vinyls later (bust still capable of hitting the huge sale numbers). Lana has not always been on that kind of mainstream success Taylor has (BTD, L4L & NFR are the only eras that has strong hype for some consistently long time), so i doubt the label would let her do the same, but i think she herself figured that out ready.

lets NOT manifest that we are entering 2022, gotta stay away from "twenty twenty too" energy

yep, it's in the "spam" email hello Google, you're supposed to NEVER leave LanaFucking Del Rey into the "SPAM"

Well anyway, it's already 01.01 in Aus right now so... Happy new year to all of you beautiful babies. Let us have a damn good 2022 & may our manifesting energy go well for LDR9 *dancing to "Love" & contemplating to "Change" for New year's day right now*

Actually im okay with Lana doing "country" As long as it doesn't give "Breaking Up Slowly" vibes. I prefer the folky kind of country like Not All Who Wander Are Lost, Yosemite or even jazzy-like "Dance till we die" But yep, i see her country enough already, it's time to manifest something fresh & experimental (but if she still goes country, at least that's what i'm manifesting about her new music).

The last time I manifest something "crazy" just like Venice Bitch energy for LDR8 & Black Bathing Suit happened. Maybe it's time to manifest White Dress energy for LDR9 🥰🙏 If Jack involves this time.

Ofc it's still a radical change no one says it doesnt have to be? right? Lust for Life doesnt sound like either trilogies so... i always think bigger & #keeponmanifesting

I think L4L doesn't belong to any "trio" simply because L4L serves as a "bridge" between "BTD-UV-HM" & "NFR-COCC-BB" . As Lana said in the "monologue" (Lust for Life album trailer) - "Amidst all the uncertainty, and as we transition out of one era into another one..." i dont think she only referred to her then "new era" Lust for Life. Thus it's more than that: "Lust for Life" is no doubt an era that connects between the two trilogies, while the album discussed about her past relationships with her lovers in a new manner & the idea of "fortune & fame", how her mindset of "being in love" has evolved, her future hopes, her social commentary & "a celebration of life" for her fans - It's like this record reflected who she is, a spiritual ritual of her to letting go of her old self & embracing the new woman she had then become, a perfect intermission between 2 trilogies. Notice how she started the album with songs like Love / 13 Beaches - with the traditional "Del Rey" sounds, and then ended the album with something so fresh like "Get Free"? The genius is also the way "Get Free" ends with seagulls & ocean waves sounds, which symbolises her standing in front of the ocean, ready to "get free" to the sea & the sky, somehow led to the beginning of the NFR era - the first record of the new "trilogy" - the era that she emerged surf culture into her music for the first time & the album artwork was her literally sailing in the middle of the ocean. Thus, LDR9 might be the "bridge" just like L4L, between this trilogy and the "new one", which is LDR10 i suppose.

The pre-pre-pre release thread for a reason

doing Lorde's moves Damn. she can just leave her account there, & set all the posts private so she can gather more followers lol

If she reopens her official ig to announce this era, there will be a massive meltdown.

a floating diner in outer space??? The sound??? Okay, maybe we should be getting L4L 2.0 in the witchy form. I am manifesting for "spacey psychedelic future acid jazz witchy trip hop pole dancing whore" music

Alrighty no hard feelings miss @VioletBunny we should be talking about LDR9. But sorry for taking your words out of context, i didnt know u were joking with miss L4L 👀 Now let's get back to who we want as a photographer / visual director for this era. In my personal opinion is anyone but Charlie Grant. He's a hawtie, but nope, i dont think he is able to capture that "Lana spirit" that we need for every album artwork. Chuck Grant is still fine, i actually love her instagram feed, NFR covers is TIMELESS & Honeymoon photoshoot is one of her best visually. Looking foward to seeing David LaChapelle, Nadia Lee, Steven Klein, Theo Weiner, Ryan James Caruthers, or some indie photographers for new & fresh vibes. Polaroids for Lana is interesting as well. We do need a polaroid era.

lol, if it was a joke then i just leave it there. And i already stated that she still could work, just in a proper condition that fits for her pregnancy: Which is, for example: editing, coproducing, director, cowriting, etc. As long as what she did does not require too much strength in activity. But again, the most important thing of a pregnant woman is resting for the sake of her health condition. And of course she can still doing photoshoot, as i said: as long as the circumstance is suitable for her & her baby inside. But how? I don't know, it depends on her.

gorl i don't know what you mean, pregnant women should be resting & carefully taken care of 24/7. It's not that she "can't work", she was freaking carrying a human being, if it's not work, i don't know what is because it's a difficult task for any woman for 9 months. And of course they should not be working, not "can't work" - but rather do something in their condition is fine. Chuck is a photographer, you just can't make her walking / running / rolling around or even do anything to get a good shot while she is pregnant (which might requires a lot of moving around & stuff). It's cool if she could and wanted to do that but it's the best for both mother and the baby not to be overworking. If you know what i mean. It's not misogynist at all - quite the contrary, putting that conversation, in this scenario is ridiculous

Jokes aside, i actually want David LaChapelle to do Lana justice this time. Izak Rappaport is a fine choice as well since i am in love with the Chemtrails back cover.
