Earlier in this thread someone said we already have enough info to start a pre-pre-release thread for LDR9… but do we? Besides the assumption Mike Dean is going to be one of the producers?

yup that's me - tbh the fact that Lana hit Kali up for a collab and Ben and Ed teasing a subsequent album + Mike Dean saying he wants to work for Lanz could be enough

Omg I forgot she might be doing an album with Nikki Lane which could be LDR9…:paris: We need to unmanifest this as quickly as possible.

isn't LDR9 the Mike Dean collab? i'm pretty sure the Nikki Lane album is just a seperate project

  3. I see we're having the banisters debate again... Lemme deliver a detailed explanation!

Q: The banisters in the video are blue HWHAT??? :wat:

A: Lana's man does not deliver on the promises he made, one of which is painting her banisters blue - her favorite color. The second chorus introduces the metaphor of the banisters + all of the promises he made being fulfilled by the people in her life like Chuck's baby as an example. Banisters are a metaphor for her support system - like how sometimes you'd need to use them to either go up or down the stairs Lana uses her support system to navigate through the pain: when she goes down and revisiting it again or going higher and healing. It's evident with her realization when she says "Now my blue banisters are green and grey" blue being the color of sadness, green the color of life and vitality and grey being the color of neutrality. Her sisters fulfill his promise of painting them blue in the video. All in all a very beautiful metaphor from Lana

Q: Why are the banisters unpainted on the cover? :blush3:

A: Cuz he never painted them stupid! :D

    Hey, just a quick question,

is there a CD version NFR that includes the streaming version of "Fuck It I Love You"? I was looking up on discogs and they're listing a vinyl re-issue including the single mix but I didn't find a CD version (even tho 2 re-releases are listed but with info about that)

i guess the same could apply to new cds cuz i do have a vinyl with the single version
