I think so too, and I honestly hope they are! HBB was very catchy when I first heard it, I’d love to have a studio version, and IMBSFBSH sounded great as well.

I hope she’ll drop RCS sweet today, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be a single, just as the other three were. The day isn’t over yet!!

I had a dream that Lana didn’t end up releasing a full album with however many songs in a traditional way, but instead dropped multiple singles all the way up until July 4th, and then called that her “album”, and that’s when she announced all the physical copies and vinyl variants etc. So she basically dropped each single with the same selphie as the cover art for each, just edited different ways, just like how BB, WW, and TB were (including her RCS post).

I’ve been away for a while, soaking in the three singles Lana gifted to us a couple weeks ago. Have I missed anything, has anything new happened, any new info... possibly about the RCS June 1st date?

I really, really like all three songs, and to me, are some of her best works lyrically. I can hear the pain in her voice, too. It’s so vulnerable. I want to give her a hug.

The more I think about it... if we ARE getting three songs at once, it WOULD make sense that some kind of visuals will be released along with them. Especially because Lana has been talking about “telling her story”, it could be that she’s made a short film (like Tropico) to pair with the singles... but I’m def not getting my hopes up or anything because I’m starting to lose hope that we’ll even get new music today.

Lana is staying quiet because she has a 3-part music video or short film dropping today like “Tropico”, featuring Textbook, Wildflower Wildfire, and Blue Banisters - and she’s doing a surprise release. SHES COMING FOR US ALL (me being delusional)

I feel like I can’t sleep tonight knowing Mike *could* possibly post a snippet of WW at any point between now and tomorrow when the singles are (supposedly) being released.

WOW we really are winning with these reviews so far... I can just imagine the richness of the sound we are about to be fed with - percussion, a more full-sounding piano. I’m so hyped and pumped for this new era.

Lol I’m just naming songs that I think would fit that vibe, not necessarily what I wish to be on the album

BB featuring Fine China, Roses Bloom For You, I Don’t Wanna Go, Thunder, I Talk to Jesus, Wild on You, Yes to Heaven and Dealer

I can totally see Roses Bloom For You or Fine China being on this new record, possibly even Cherry Blossom. Thematically and sonically, it sounds close to what we’ve heard from BB so far.

I think the visuals are what can really separate eras for me. Like for example, the fact that Lana’s hair is brown in BB, and was predominately blonde in COTCC, the images in my head of the two albums are separating themselves. I really do get different vibes from BB, it’s just so full and atmospheric compared to chemtrails (so far).

I know Clay is in the video, but the more I listen to the BB lyrics the more I get the feeling she’s saying that the guy didn’t do all the stuff for her that she wanted him to (possibly?) Maybe by saying “paint my banisters blue”, she was hoping that she would be able to see the colour blue as a happy colour, hence why she wanted it as a colour in her home to look at, and she’s also no longer being painted blue (sad). BUT the snippet has a lot of images of her and Clay being back-to-back, or him turning away from her, but also them facing each other, so maybe she’s talking about being in a relationship that she fears may not give her all the things she wants? Again I know Clay is in the video so perhaps it’s a totally “happy” song, but those are just a few thoughts. Edit: OR she’s singing about a previous relationship and the previous one not fulfilling her as much as her current one - which would explain the happy moments with Clay in the teaser.

I’m simply imagining this album being about all the things she went though in her life (telling her story) up until now, and where it has taken her and where she is currently at.

What if “telling her story” means she does incorporate a bunch of her unreleased/older stuff, because her older songs are the ones that really tell her story. COTCC was an example of her reminiscing on the past, what if BB (the album) is TRULY about the past? And this is “the thing she’s been trying to pull off” for some time now? (cant remember who said that last part or what interview it was from). It may explain why she was able to finish the album alongside COTCC. I’m not saying it’s an album with all unreleased songs, but maybe there are a few on there...

OMG I just caught the “weather vane” thing. She said on COTCC she was searching for direction, trying to find out what her next move is. And the caption of the instagram photo had something to do with the next chapter in her life. And if he’s FIXING the weather vane, that means he’s helping her find her direction. And in a previous post, someone mentioned that it’s a physical object being painted blue now, rather than her (i.e. Venice Bitch lyrics, paint me happy and blue). SHES FINALLY HAPPY
