I ordered mine on Dec 8 and they told me that I have a great chance to get mine shipped soon (this or next week most probably) but orders made on late Dec and so on are, most probably, going to be refunded I believe we will. The thing is that they kept the pre-orders opened until last month(?) and now they have found out that this variant is more limited than what they thought at first

Nope, I asked them if they’d ship copies this week and they told me this: “We won't get enough, but some will, some won't. We'll know more tomorrow.” Also i replied if they were going to get more copies in the next few weeks or cancel the unfulfilled orders and they said this: ”More likely cancel them that latter, as we hope more will come in april, but we do not know that yet. Just rumours 🙂”

So imusic told me that they accepted tons of preorders for the green indie variant and that they think they won’t be able to supply all of them I think it’s time to order a second copy on UO just in case

For the three variants you have mentioned, I would say the Amazon pink is the best option, like 1) The cover is the prettiest (along with the green indie) 2) The vinyl is going to be rare in some time when it sales out in Amazon 3) It features all the titles and tracklist (not like the white variant) 4) The gatefold is also one of the coolest (the white variant seems only to be a white texture with some small pics in a corner) 5) And for the standard cover, you can always pick it up later because… it’s going to be available always

Surprisingly at the spanish shows everything was quite cheap? Like I think the most expensive thing I purchased was the tour t-shirt for like 25€ (the necklace and the visor were around 20-22€). They also had the albums jacket but for like 120€ so I skipped

Same here, she’s def one of the 60’s-70’s singers I listen the most to! And i’m also living with all the new represses/merch/vinyls/etc. we’ve been getting from her thanks to Light In The Attic. Truly a living legend

Oh so by these pics I can confirm that both sides have the same picture if you look carefully you can see how the picture with the hype sticker does not have any type of copyright credit on the disc and in the other photo you can see those credits in the lower side of the disc.

Well in that case you should have ordered the one you have already listened and that you enjoy. I don’t even think these are limited. Also, FF is pretty good, clearly a Top 5 in her disco, BJ i’m so sorry but it’s her worst (no vocals, dated production and so on) and the first self-titled (2001) is also one of her best (Top 3-4 definitely)

So… if you’re not a fan, why did you do that?

for me it was the iconic D1ETPUSSY (for those who don’t know: https://youtube.com/@D1ETPUSSY) who helped me get into the album progressively. like some years ago, before YT turned down his first channel, he had almost all the HM tracks posted with those arty/fantsy videos mixing several films from the late 60s-early 70s, and that was exactly what i had in mind as the visuals for the album. THAT technicolor, those vivid images and palettes, the grain, those incoherent and surrealist scenes… everything was and still is so perfect and fits so well with the album theme. so everytime i revisit this masterpiece, those videos play in my mind non-stop and is like watching those art house films while playing the record, and for me that is the experience (and as a 60s/70s cinema lover this is why HM is my ultimate favorite album of aaaaall time) for those wondering, this is my favorite edit of his, along with the one for TLY, that was sadly blocked and never reposted update: just discovered D1ETPUSSY is @COLACNT so hi legend for changing my life

but dwt he is really going to be featured on both tracks like ASAP on L4L, or just writing credits in one of them while featuring (vocally) on the other?

same, and also Jon Batiste appears twice so… but yup, some titles sound so cool. desperate at this point

I found all the ISRCs and barcodes (I don’t know how they work for digital media) from all the tracks in the album. Is that useful in any way? 🥹
