  1. If bb is the opener then she broke the tradition of opening up every other album with violins
  2. The poetry music discussion is interesting because of what she said in her September interview with jack "I don’t really care if you mush an amazing life story into an alternative record. If the melodies don’t stun me, I kind of don’t care. I think it’s interesting if you’re yelling and shouting and talking about where you’re going and what it’s been like, but to me that’s not a record. That’s a therapy session. ANTONOFF: You could have a great idea for something, but if you can’t find a beautiful melody, then maybe it’s just a podcast. DEL REY: And that’s where the poetry comes in. It’s a diary you should read for Audible or something." I figured that's why she was publishing VBBOTG and BITG. I'm guessing other songs on the record will be more traditionally structured especially if she put dealer
  3. The thing that BOZ said about don't be negative about the release tells me that this is a calculated and planned/spread-out release where she is releasing in maybe... cycles? and the first ones out are the three most narrative ones all intertwining a theme about her past and herself. And this first cycle there is no interviews, no posts, no promo because they are her most personal songs yet and she knows the news and media will ask her about her mother, abuse, and the picture she is using, which she doesn't want to elaborate on...these songs were for the fans. a quiet release to begin telling her story. Now that this is just the beginning Im expecting as we move closer to the real release she moves on and release the lead that may not be as personal or revealing. And We most likely still have a high budget video coming since she followed colinseyes.
  4. Okay but now this picture thing has gone too far there must be something we’re missing about it or its significance idk is she trying to convey a secret message to her fans
  5. Tbh i dont think she would be surprised. Maybe the polished style she did then was just something her label expected her to do because she was new at the time. And in fact it wasn’t even that professional back then either. I think there was always a side of her that wanted a casual trashy and organic feel of her art and that’s why she made so many homemade videos before fame and did things like using a bad microphone for honeymoon or ultraviolence mv. It may connect to her yearn for authenticity
  6. Didn’t boz say something like this is only the beginning or am I imagining it
  7. A lot of people, mixers, and engineers worked on this project including Melody Perry she did background vocals for text book according to her ig stories. They all are very proud of it. I did some looking and found additional details about the birth of this album-Gabe Simon says that “Lana had a dream for a record to follow chemtrails and that week in october we started on that journey. “ So she did start then on those sessions with Zachary i am assuming And on Dean Reid’s post someone said I hope u and Rick do more tracks in the future and he replied “stay tuned!”
  8. What if she doesn't even know her songs are out and she logs onto her phone confused af
  9. I think she released the particular three songs at once because they are the most storytelling/lyrical and she wanted it to be told in a sequence to narrate her life's story. I am guessing the rest of the tracklist are a bit more loose and traditionally structured
  10. SO what..? you all forget she put a country twang in many of her songs and almost all her pre-BTD tracks like pawn shop blues, raise me up, your band is all the rage, etc and y'all eat those songs up with no problem so what's the deal now
  11. I think her background vocals say "If I'm here, babe"
  12. but did anyone figure out what shes saying after the light up your night line
  13. to all the pessimistic fake lana fans who don't believe in our mother's power and growth and said this was going to be a boring country album produced by jack where are you now?
  14. From the sound and timestamp of it it seems like it is the end of the song's bridge building towards back to the main chorus? yeah her bridges are always amazing and that's on period we know she work hard for us all the time and she not gonna stop anytime soon
  15. I think the snippet is from the bridge of the song
  16. Chill with those pregnancy theories, she was literally vaping last month. And she would never announce a child through an album, she would never want her children to be blasted on public. Lana would wan to protect them from media and chaos. She would be very secretive and private about that stuff, she hates fame and attention in her life so why would she do that to her child lol
  17. these twitter twinks obviously know nothing about mike dean lmao. he doesn't do piano his entire life revolves around synths
  18. I hope we could get something like a song version of Bare feet on linoleum because that poem connects to what she’s trying to do in this album about telling her story and getting revenge. I also love the intensifying thriller sound of it and those overlapping robotic voices that could represent the media. if you haven’t listened to the audio version of bare feet on linoleum please do it’s amazing
  19. Something like Blackest Day demo on blue banisters would be a dream and I would die
  20. I have A really strong feeling about this record lyrically. if you watch the question for the culture response video she says she’s on her journey to tell her story and sometimes it might get rocky like this along the way. Blue banisters is going to be a major part of telling her story as she’s teased with the caption. So this record’s lyrics will be very specific-kind of like White Dress, very narrative, explaining her life experiences and her story. And she said White Dress was her being on the brink of something. Over the recent years albums her lyrics and titles have been getting more specific and relating to her unique life story. This might be what BOZ was so surprised about. So she probably won’t say anything controversial but more just storytelling and detailing her past and future. I mean just listening from the snippet BB is a pretty unique song lyrically.
  21. I do think she wants this to be a bigger release-I mean the reliable insiders told us that the blue banisters announcement was meant to get her trending and for promo, that means she wants this to be a big era, not low-key like chemtrails. And The fact that she did such a public bold statement on her ig story- "I want revenge." I think she is aiming for more streams from the GP this album
  22. The insiders were saying lana was going to collab with someone coming out soon right? The Weeknd seems to have just announced his new album
  23. I think he is alluding to BTD, especially after mentioning Jeff Bhasker and Emile Haynie. In general that album is what she is known for
