IK Its prob fake but ... "Now English speakers often use arcadia to designate a place of rustic innocence and simple, quiet pleasure. Arcadian can mean "idyllically pastoral" or "idyllically innocent, simple, or untroubled." it would be a cool title! -

I initially thought it was About Gene (the TA) too. the "Thunderbird" may not be the car, but the motorcycle which she said she rode a lot with him. She mentions motorcycles a lot, "Put me onto your black motorcycle" "Run Motorcycle" etc.

I don't blame her after the shitshows that happened since may 2020...lots of people's true colors exposed and self proclaimed Stans directly attacking her. it must have been heartbreaking for her and made it harder to trust anyone. but even since then she's still had some pretty wholesome interactions with her fans. -

....anyways I think the title of the new snippet song may be like "*something* Woman/Girl/Baby" because the lyrics are mainly just a poetic description of herself. -

It would be perfect if Lana covered Blue Skies for this album, and make it the track after thunder to signify the “sunshine after the storm”…it would go so well w her voice too, the serve it would be -

A paradise comparison doesn’t necessarily have to be sonic comparison, more thematic. Also am i tripping or did we ever get info before from boz saying the album is a mix of different genres? -

the thing is I can easily tell now which songs are produced by jack bc he has started overusing a signature sound. Old money, wfwf, are mostly piano (yes which lana wanted) but I can tell its not jack, his piano sounds much hollower and his instruments have this weird distant twang to them that's now become his signature, with the new St Vincent, Lorde, Bleachers and T.S. stuff I can easily identify its Jack's production. The producers Lana are with now are much more versatile and their stuff sounds solid even if they are going to just use piano, because they're not attached to an uninspired sparse jingly folk vibe. Jack on the other hand is constantly recycling melodies and riffs. Ultimately its his (and Laura Sisk's) procedure for which instrument/microphone to use, audio choices, the arrangements, etc. Lana obviously just gives ideas of what she's feeling. Jack has a very recognizable style that's just been getting worse lately no matter who he works with. cmon all these artists cant be asking for this SAME sound -

with btd and uv she feared the production was distracting people from what she really wanted to say, hence hm. She's going to be telling the most important parts of her story now so I understand if she wants less bombastic production so people can listen and pay attention to the meaning. also the problem is not slow songs, freak, Brooklyn baby, UV, video games and other cult favorites are all technically "slow" songs. the uv album was supposed to be more stripped and if it was it would not have been so loved. -

I think being a representation/symbol of something, or being a metaphor, being like something to someone for example "Baby baby I'm your man" "I'm your little harlot, starlet, Queen of Coney Island" and also "My body is a map of LA, I stand straight like an angel" etc.

I really don't think this is going to happen. cocc was like a still afterthought of nfr so 11 songs was fine, but even cocc was planned to be longer. and realistically thinking, there won't be any Nikki at all. it feels like she is taking her sweet time with this and adding stuff, which is good, instead of taking away which they did with cocc. the way boz described it it sounds like a longer album. -
finally lana posted a selfie my day has been made
