But remember when Blake was at East West Studios in LA on May 31...what if they made a bunch of new songs and Lana decided to use them for the album instead

For Lorde’s standards it is pretty weak lyrically. Which is fine because I’m sure there’s more to come that could hopefully surpass the beautiful verbiage and poetry of melodrama and ph. Also the super crisp effect Jack is using on her voice is not doing it for me for Lorde in particular. For Lana however it worked very well and was one of the best parts of NFR.

I relistened to WW and BB after a while and wow, its so classically nostalgic and beautiful.The part when she says “now my blue banisters are greeeeen and greyyyyy” Also that ending of WW is so subtle but cool and the last 30 seconds of Blue Banisters with the synth and piano imagine how it transitions into the next track

Oh so that’s the album cover too!??

this is never gonna happen but Imagine if she covered Woke up this Morning by Alabama 3... it kinda fits her vibes
