If her aim with the album was to scare away fans, she won't be successful, rather the opposite.
-
punish is a bit similar to family tree and i think there are a few more elements that you can find in both albums, even if pd is more vocal orientated and perverts is more about the creepy atmosphere

oh, amber waves is on spotify's new music friday list

As Trump's policies drive climate change, these regions will be of greater economic importance in the coming decades, as the natural resources will be easier to extract.

Maybe Henry is a single for Valentine's Day, I think we can expect the song by then at the latest. -

maybe he meant Rob's album btw, his second project seems to be in the works, if I interpret his post from the New Year correctly https://www.instagram.com/p/DESg1vxvzH4/?igsh=aHJmcm03dDE3MG45 if Lana has one or two songs again, it could be her 'secret project' -
The album is being reviewed on a local radio station this Friday and they write "‘Perverts’ sounds like the soundtrack to a David Lynch film that doesn't yet exist, but in its meditative fullness it contains just as many insights into the human condition as we know from Lynch films."

and people continue to drive their SUVs even though they know it makes climate change worse

Housofpsychoticwomn was an interesting experience last night
-
And is the house she bought according to the article the same as in the music video or a different one?
-
Didn't Lana even own a house at the beach front in Malibu? I always thought that the house of the HBTB video was hers. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3122846/Lana-Del-Rey-buys-secluded-3M-Malibu-beachfront-property-protect-trespassers.html

Ethel Cain - Perverts 1. Punish 2. Amber Waves 3. Onanist 4. Vacillator 5. Etienne 6. Thatorchia 7. Housofpsychoticwomn 8. Perverts 9. Pulldrone
-
I'm an Ethel stan too, I discovered her back in 2021 (so before PD)
-
I think the album is more accessible if you skip Perverts, Housofpsychoticwomn and Pulldrone (they all have only a 79 rating on aoty.org )

I think she will continue to produce albums over the next few years. But the relevance will decrease, she earns a lot more money with her tours and what she has already released. The only motivation could still be to win a Grammy, but after missing out so narrowly with Ocean Bvld, the next attempt will probably not be for a few years. I think she'll stick to the two-year cycle. -

I like that Charli made an emotional decision at the end, so that we see is what she actually felt was the right design -
