I can see an album trailer (or several short trailers): Lana dressed as a cowgirl in the old Wild West shooting at something and then blowing on her Colt, or she's chasing a man with her lasso. All done in a funny way with a wink , and of course in sepia tones. If there is a collab with Nikki Lane, I hope that the album goes a bit in the direction of outlaw country. But we can all agree, that she chose country, because she loves wearing flannel shirts so much?

I like this title more and more. Country music is usually very simple and the title reflects that perfectly, it's like she's playing with clichés. But somehow I think Lana's country is not just simple, it could be profound or even revolutionary.

Bonus tracks should not be considered to be part of the "full album", they are, as the name suggests, just a bonus. Like I don't consider "Is This Happiness" or "Flipside" to be part of Ultraviolence just because they were included in the Japanese iTunes store. But as a consolation, you will surely get all songs together as MP3s at some point, and then you can create a 'full album' playlist.
