  1. I've noticed that she's much more like her brother Charlie than her sister Chuck.

    Taylor Swift

it looks like the vault tracks are the really interesting ones on this album, as they all chart higher than the others
  3. she liked one of @Elle's comments
  4. The letter advocated the release of the hostages and condemned the acts of Hamas terrorists, nothing more, nothing less.
  5. One hundred years ago, Germany's first radio station went on the air
  6. Ok, but how do we know? We only know what has leaked. It's possible that some other songs or song ideas might be similarly old. But I don't care about it as long it's a complete 'new' song idea, which means lyrics and melody are coming from Lana herself and were not officially released before.
  7. Paris, Grandfather, Fishtail and Peppers were not really new, they use samples of existing songs
  8. The resolution shows that Israel stands very much alone in world. The fact that even Germany (considered close friends) did not vote against the resolution hurts the Israelis very much.
  9. does anyone know what song Holly is singing in her last insta story? https://instagram.com/stories/hollymacve/3223536404422408722?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng==
  10. btw not all Jews are on Israel's side https://www.timesofisrael.com/200-held-as-jewish-group-shuts-nycs-grand-central-calling-for-gaza-ceasefire/
  11. It's kind of curious how Taylor said goodbye to country and turned to pop, while Lana wants to go in the opposite direction.
  12. I don't trust Hamas' numbers very much, but even UNICEF says that more than 2000 children have already been killed in Gaza.
  13. reasonable ... not rude? they said Lana supports a genocide No, the letter is primarily about the release of the hostages; nowhere is there any mention of support or approval of Israel's illegal actions. On the other hand, I get the feeling that some pro-Palestinians downplay Hamas's terrorist acts, or that they don't care much about the kidnapped hostages.
  14. I think the UN urgently needs a reform, it is also incomprehensible why Russia or France and GB are still permanent members. India should have a seat and the whole EU as a single entity, maybe also the African Union.
  15. The UN is the only institution in which I have confidence. Don't forget their aid organizations.
  16. indeed, Israel may have supported the Hamas in the 80s. a statement by an Israeli historian: "In the late 1980s, Israel had supported the nascent Hamas in order to weaken Fatah, the secular nationalist movement led by Yasser Arafat" https://www.theguardian.com/world/2009/jan/07/gaza-israel-palestine also interesting: https://theintercept.com/2018/02/19/hamas-israel-palestine-conflict/
