Technically, we’re giving her money by streaming and buying her records for over a decade now so the least she can do is listen to some advice.

No one wants her to sing about sugar daddies, cocaine or abusive relationships again. What we’re saying is we want the ESSENCE back. A new sound, for her to experiment with different genres and styles of music. Find a clear direction for her new album. NFR! was a exciting and excellent project and that came out in 2019 so no, we don’t necessarily want the 2011-2015 Lana back. If you read the thread thoroughly you would know this and i wouldn’t have to repeat what ten other members have pointed out already.

I don’t get why she doesn’t officially release her unreleased gems that are already leaked on streaming platforms as a compilation and make profit from it. We get what we want and Ms. Grant can line her pockets even more. It’s a win win situation. Lana, get to work Still not over how she scrapped Fine China off of BB but kept trash like Beautiful. Maybe she’s saving it for LDR9.

We should be hopeful since she’s working with Jon Batiste and still has her “bombastic” Jack-NFR outtakes. We shouldn’t really use BB as a reason for our worries.

No, we’re just grieving the OG Lana that gave us excellence after excellence, used guitars and drums in her songs, didn’t mind experimenting and making outside of the box music, didn’t rely on Jack aka her yes-man/lowkey handler and knew how to reinvent herself.

Dealer gave us a taste of trippy-jazz, idk why she insists on using soft instrumentals when she sounds so good on top of a drum, beat, guitar, etc. Her experimental music has way more soul than whatever jack Anton off can provide (except for NFR! he ate that)

I want Ms. Lana to experiment with different styles and genres again, please make a true rock album or something in the taste of Ray of Light… something trippy idk just no folk or piano anymore pls
