God it’s getting pretty dark i I understand why last weeks episode was pretty repetitive, it served as a recap more than anything. This week took a turn

Tbf getting sick when stressed isn’t weird, I’ve had about 20 million infections in the past 2 months and have now hit ADHD burnout, the correlation is real the remote healing is wild to me, but funnily enough, my hairdresser was telling me last time I saw her about this woman who had been remotely healing her dog lol, not sure I believe it, but yeah haha

I think sonically all of her albums are so different that you should just go chronologically! You will find what sounds hits right for you! I can’t even settle on a favourite, it changes all the time, depending on my mood!

Courtney is wild sometimes, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Taylor friendship is a sore point she had really praised Lana for being against the mainstream using the word “over culture”. So now Lana’s rising in the “mainstream” she might be a bit sour

I don’t know if I’d like that, because it doesn’t really add to the set being Lana’s- as it’ll be a song not known as only released today and a song that Lana has no other ties to Billie performing ocean eyes really worked because it’s like a cult classic and it was her debut- paired with video games it was ideal if there is a Taylor collab it will need to have similar relevance I think

When this means Taylor is her guest at week 2 and they’re debuting a single from lasso that Taylor features on edit; I don’t think I’d be mad.. I think snow on the beach is AWFUL. But a country song together.. that could work..

I found this weird too.. the media kept posting about Taylor going to coachella to support her best buddy Lana and then she didn’t even watch her set I think this makes me feel it’s less likely she’ll guest at week 2, because you’d think she’d want to stand back at watch the show (if she didn’t see the first one)

Arcadia produced a lot of sweet moments for her last year, where everyone lit up the crowd with their torches and it looked like a sky full of stars the song also works in theme for how she’s been judged by the industry etc.. its just aligned with too many other slow songs I suppose she should’ve had the stage lit up like stars for that song (like the picture that was posted before her set) im not sure if people lit their torches at coachella though

I wasn’t suggesting this is the reason Lana actually done this, most likely she prefers those songs and she’ll sing what she wants haha- like people have said, Lana isn’t really looking for new fans anyway I was just thinking about a festival I went to a couple year ago and Paolo Nutini was headlining one of the days, I’ve always enjoyed his music but wasn’t like a super fan and I wasn’t following new releases.. so I wasn’t even aware he had a new record out. His set was full of songs from his new record and of his classic songs he did play, he rearranged them to sound like his new style. I loved it, even though I didn’t know the new songs. a lot of people at the festival were really annoyed about it, saying he should’ve just played the best hits and not rearrange any songs.. which I get.. but I was happy he didn’t, because when I got home, I downloaded the album and streamed it continuously for like 6 months, I was obsessed and then booked to see his solo show the year after

I’m so intrigued as to what she will wear then, I really love the sparkle boots.. so I hope she keeps those with a new look! I think a light colour pallet still though! Lilac would eat

I agree but also is that the right move? To sing a catalogue of songs which aren’t particularly the style of song you put out anymore? if a festival crowd is divided between your fans and people who aren’t fans.. then you’ll have fans who enjoy the set and then you’ll be putting out your current style to the non fans- which could lead them to being fans i think if I was at a festival and listened to an artist I don’t know and they gave me this set I loved and afterwards looked in to following their music, to find all their new releases aren’t my thing at all, I’d be a bit deflated lol! butttttt she does still put out bops so.. she could’ve definitely put out peppers or Venice bitch or even more festival friendly acoustic songs like let the light in. I think she’s a little unaware of fan favourites tbh

The hoodies and standard t shirts are definitely unisex

On her soundcheck she literally had this hair colour, it could be the lighting but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a wig either
