I liked Dragons Blood on first listen so… same with AK-47 (fans also seemed to hate that one) also people weren’t as negative towards K-12 when it came out and now it’s considered her worst (I don’t blame them, it’s pretty bad)… opinions change, nothing wrong with that! But if they feel that way now is totally ok

hahahahaha I know it’s not her best… but at least it’s different and kinda upbeat… Better than Light Shower, Spider Web, BOTL or Moon Cycle if u ask me

I think The Contortionist, Nymphology and Tunnel Vision will be my most replayed but I’m not sure… I’m hopping they pass the test of time Tunnel Vision being the only true Bop from the original versions I predict to be my number 1

Im afraid this might be happening… im gonna wait to listen to the album in full HD but so far half of the songs are a skip… no problem, I will be replacing them with the leaks! I’m just sad the general public won’t be enjoying Garden. Her talent will stay unnoticed

U are so right! I am all for long songs as long as it adds to the final product! I don’t mind the practical sounds as much as others do, but the structure in Evil, Void and BOTL make them a bit boring to me… feels like the chorus over and over again (eventhough I really like Evil) I must admit, at least she’s not givin up to the streaming era! Im sooooo sick of these 2 minute songs, and that deserves some credit BOTL is not completely bad but doesn’t have any business in the album… another more thematically fitting song could have had the spot, but she rather trash her ex lowkey iconic

I think it’s pretty clear I’m not referring to ALL her fans… if u feel personally attacked I’m sorry but I stand by it Being a fan doesn’t mean to idolize your fave and eat up everything she does. Even Melanie has critiqued this kind of behavior plenty of times U can tell most of them don’t even care for the music or the quality she puts out (they are only there for the aesthetics). This is very evident in the listening parties where no one would shut up and listen to the actual songs… or when they received the snippet eggs and exploited that for clout Being critical of an artist doesn’t mean u hate them, I actually like Melanie and even enjoy some of her “bad” songs… but facts are facts her career has taken an unexpected turn for me, and since this is an open discussion I’m sorry u don’t care about my opinion… but I will give it anyway… stay pressed or cry me a river

I mean… Light Shower is tired and overused already… many songs have used water as a sexual innuendo before and better: Madonna: Liquid Love, Holy Water or Rain Miley Cyrus: River Lizzo: Water Me Kylie Minogue: Mighty Rivers RAYE: Waterfall Kary Perry: Tsunami LIZ: Laguna Nights No Doubt: Bathwater or even other similar elements: Mirah Carey: Honey Katy Perry: Hummingbird Heartbeat, Bon Appetit or Milk Milk Lemonade Slayyyter: Candy LMFAO: Champagne Showers (feat. Natalia Kills) Doja Cat: Candy or Cookie Jar Those to mention a few! I don’t have anything against it, I love sexual references in water related songs but in this case it’s really bad and the song doesn’t live up the expectation!

Fans with true taste dropped her after K-12 hahahaha After School was the last straw I though she was picking up with those early MM3 leaks but after seeing the final product… I’m not sure the ones who said After School is genius were just mentally unstable teenagers with limited intellectual capacity… I mean, you can enjoy some of the songs but u have to admit the topics and lyrics are atrocious Her huge victim complex mixed with her enabling fans it’s just an explosive result like… her thinking Spider Web or Moon Cycle being good enough to be in the final album (cause she knows her fans will eat up anything) over Garden, Dragons Blood or N&T At this point I think she’s aware of how bad those songs are, and she’s trolling us to know how much shit we will put up with!

I hope she drops that idea really… her skills as a director are lacking! A lot! and by that I don’t mean music videos, she nails them!

People gate keeping the album are just idiots! Do they think Melanie is gonna lick their ass or something? I swear to god crybabies are probably some of the dumbest fandoms I have ever met! Earlier today I just found the cringiest reel on YT with “interesting facts” about Melanie which literally were: - She’s innocent - She loves music - She hates when people leak their music… and stuff like that… like WTF! This aren’t even facts, just general stuff. For real, they are so fucking stupid I can’t they have the mentality of a 5 year old when in fact, all of them are teenagers or in their 20s!

Her Starring Role cover is a cultural reset! So good, u can feel the emotion in her voice… maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I like it more than the original

I will add the Barely Juice extended fanmade edit as track 2 (lyrics aside, it’s really well done), Garden as track 9 and N&T as track 10 in my imaginary tracklist

The way when this is getting released, I will make my own album to meet my fantasy and forget BOTL, Spider Web and Light Shower ever existed!

So imma try to get the meaning of the songs (to try understand the story), cause some of them are rather confusing, feel free to give your opinions (this is just my take on it): 1. DEATH: The death of Crybaby as it is and the rebirth into a new life. She talks about a funeral and how she’s coming back to haunt a past love interest. 2. VOID: She talks about self sabotage and intrusive thoughts. My guess is she’s comparing the void to a mental state. The theme sounds similar to Dragons Blood. 3. TUNNEL VISION: She’s talking about a love interest who is trying to get to her only for the sexual pleasure by lying and giving a wrong impression… leaving behind her whole persona, and how disappointed she’s to discover him. Reminds me of Cake. 4. FAERIE SOIREE: This one talks about leaving your path to get caught up by the “magic”. Mythological fairy dances are often known to leave you dancing for eternity loosing sense of reality… similar to the lotus people. Not sure if she’s portraying this as bad or good, or even if she’s comparing it to a real life experience like addiction. 5. LIGHT SHOWER: A love song, comparing the love she feels to the water… reminds me of Training Wheels in a way. I’m not sure if there’s an intentional sex reference in this like in Madonnas Liquid Love or Rain. 6. SPIDER WEB: Addiction to technology and social media. She compares it to a spider web that once ur hooked up, you can’t leave it. 7. LEECHES: She talks about toxic relationships and people who only see you as a source of income, same as leeches who feed from who they’re attached to. Similar to Numbers, Piggyback of Detention. 8. BATTLE OF THE LARYNX: Very out of context within the album, I believe this one talks about a toxic relationship, telling him not to make her scream? Don’t know, the lyrics are all over the place in this one. First of many diss tracks to Oliver Tree. 9. THE CONTORTIONIST: I have several doubts with this one… at first I though she was talking about sex, but with the “it’s no fun” line I think she may be referring to a manipulative relationship where your partner has the upper hand and forces you to meet his standards to “fit on a box”. 10. MOON CYCLE: Periods… YUH! Talking to a partner. 11. NYMPHOLOGY: Here she’s probably talking to a love interest with a lot of self love… even if he thinks he’s so smart, she still loves him. Reminds me of Alphabet Boy a LOT. 12. EVIL: Another Oliver Tree diss track… 13. WOMB: Similar to Death, here she mentions rebirth and how everyone after her (her brother) will suffer the same fate. Probably implying another change of dimension for a future proyect.

Womb is kinda growing on me… I agree it’s the most “pop” sounding one but nothing wrong with that! I think it’s cute with a catchy chorus

The tracklist letters look fanmade I guess the rest is OK I kinda HATE the back cover for some reason

Light Shower may be going for Spider Webs neck as the worst song in the album… those lyrics and the way her flow is so off… Even if u tried u couldn’t make something sound so off-beat! 0 musicality… the instrumental is also really boring, needs something to spice things up instead of the same guitar chords for 5 minutes Also givin Madonnas Liquid Love in the lyrics, another song about cummin? Is this bitch the same who wrote Training Wheels?
