Usually you pay a post office/delivery company service fee in addition to the VAT. Maybe that's why? It's also possible they didn't differ between value and shipping, so maybe you paid VAT on the shipping costs.

It's very important absolutely EVERYONE experiencing this gets on their nerves. That's the only way they will learn it, maybe. Consumer care staff being busy and all the refunds must cost them enough to finally change something. I actually winder if they keep the VAT if it's not registered. If so, that's fraud.

I hoped at least his German shop would ship today, because tomorrow is a holiday here, but no. No shipping notification yet, so even to receive it on Saturday is unlikely.

Also bought these from FakeCakess on etsy: (with unofficial keyring in L4L style and self made 7" vinyl holder in the background) On this, you can see whistle and pill holder - but from ebay, without LDR engraving, for less than 10 EUR incl. shipping for both together. ... However, my friends always were told Universal was not responsible for vat business in their first reply, then they insisted showing a screen shot of the VAT being paid, and THEN they got the refund. So don't give up after their first reply. They need to learn this - and if more people complain, adding an ioss number right away next time might be easier for them.

You just need to insist. VAT was paid, they need to refund you. I know people succeeded with this. For some reason they actually added the ioss number to my AW necklace parcel. Really curious to see if they did with jacket and lighter, too. The packing was not the best though, I paid the VAT again (seller refunded me, though, mistake most likely happened because of the cyber attack on int. royal mail) and one box had cherries instead of strawberries as ordered. I think since Lana's order/insta post there, the seller has too much to do, lol. However, she was nice and helpful.

😍 Glad I got it in the biggest size. I don't liked it very much in choker style, but as a "normal" necklace it's perfect. Looks much better in reality than on the mock ups.

The good thing is that I wear my hair until my hips, so the photo is covered by hair anyway 😂 I also thought if it's too obvious I could remove parts by bleaching, lol. How is that in the US btw? Since nudity is censored in TV and people get fired for showing their colleague a photo of Lana's alternate cover art (pornography, lol) I wonder what happens if you walk around with a tee showing nudity. Do you have to hide such things in the public like alcoholic drinks need to be in a bag? (Sorry, really curious, as in Germany uncensored nudity in TV is no problem, and they even started to change rules in a few public baths now allowing woman to be topless, if they want to.)

Thanks for the photo. That's actually why I wanted the white one. Black might have been more useful, but this pic is meant for a white background. Looks still pretty on black. Did they cut more of her breast than in the white version btw? The necklace is the only merch I got already. Love it, too ❤️ That's true. Actually I mind it less that I have to wait than I am angry because of their bad service. It's just not professional.

X has a very nice cover, true. Not my favorite, but it's very stylish. I admit I never liked the lighting, make up and hair of the Aphrodite Shoot with those blue/white requisites. She looked kind of pale there. She has some pics in front of a black background, which are much better.

Very true. I absolutely dislike the Golden Cover (there were so much better pics from this shoot), and Disco, too. Disco also had much better photos. Pity they used the same pic on all vinyl variants. Their worst choice ever was the Abbey Road cover though, in my eyes. I also love the let's get to it cover btw.

that's why a lot of orders could not be fulfilled obviously. who knows, maybe they do a family signing party for those, so maybe 1/4 of the chemtrails art cards were signed by her father and 1/4 of the lost at sea supposec to be signed by him are signed by her, lol

Same here. Especially crazy as I saw people ordering same time or maybe even later than me already got theirs... Wished the jacket wasn't sold out, otherwise I'd cancel the lighter/whole order after ordering the jacket alone.

Agree. I prefer other photos from this shoot. It suits the album very well though. For me, no cover and album shoot generally can top the body language one. 😍 BB style is just HER. Tension Standard cover looks great however, too.

They look lovely indeed. I only wished they weren't that expensive. If these were fine art prints, the price would be fine or could be more, but being greeting cards... Good idea to frame them.
