For UK to Germany it also isn't that much, but looks like the UK store is somehow messing with the VAT we pay. So people outside UK pay the VAT of their own country while buying, but they don't declare this in the parcel. So once the parcel arrives, you pay the VAT a second time, plus post fees (6 EUR in Germany for example). After several messages of complaining, they will refund the VAT paid while ordering, but of course, you do not get the post fee back.

Fans should do this after receiving them, and claiming their 3rd shipping fee back.

I guess they are just waiting until everyone has ordered the new merch from drop 2 and items are sold out, and then they will put up merch drop 3 so we have to pay all the shipping, VAT etc. all over again. I remember though that when BB came out, the black one sold out pretty soon and was hard to get for a while - but I guess the vinyl factory trouble is over now and usually they repress the black ones again and again, so this concept should work, unless you really want the first pressing. I mainly got the standard version because it's the cover I like the most out of them all. Glad they used this for the picture disc. I didn't buy any CDs as they are usually in her stores for ages... Probably won't get them anyway, one CD will be fine for me, especially as all CD covers are available as vinyl covers.

The EU ones don't seem to be Spotify exclusives. The Italian one is on the regular universal page.
