Nikki’s last song! I wouldn’t be surprised in Lana comes out a little before 9. -

Looks like ~10% of seats still available via Ticketmaster. Place is like 30% full right now, but that’s not really a surprise. Everyone seems to show up closer to 8-8:30. -

3rd row was under $130 even though dynamic pricing row for the 7th row was $432. I loathe Ticketmaster. -

Super strict protocol here. They didn’t open the gates until like 6:15. Single file, one at a time for the pit. Seemed very well controlled. Bags were getting checked before we even went in. The venue is even smaller that I envisioned. The pit isn’t even half full yet. Every section has a designated wristband. Stairs are blocked off between sections. -

Minimum resale price was $433 and I submitted 1099 two days ago and the IRS never approved it anyway. Ticketmaster has tickets a row in front of me for $150 -

A lot of people dropped off. A few cars have been parked in the road too. Just hanging out. Surprised they weren’t told to leave yet. -

StubHub just shut down my ticket listing because it’s too close to showtime so if anyone’s here and wants a closer seat, hit me up. It’s gonna be empty otherwise -

That’s what I did here in Brandon. I know it’s a smaller venue, but I’m surprised there aren’t a lot more people and it’s after 3. There were 25 at dawn and there’s maybe 50-60 now. I was expecting a lot more. But if the lots open at 2, I’d think you’ll get people coming in sooner. -

The last two venues I’ve been at let people line up before the lots opened. Double check with the venue, but most seem to let you line up early. -

Ready to go! Not a lot of people here, I’m assuming they saved their spot and will be coming back. I’m sitting in the shade until more people start lining up. They’re testing the audio, but it’s not Lana or anything. There are still a lot of tickets left. I’m selling a seat next to me on StubHub for $199 now. 103 Row F Seat 2. More than half off. -

Looks like there’s at least 25 people camped out the amphitheater already -
I got fast pass at the last two shows, but they don’t offer it here. It’s a really small venue. Apparently at least 16 people are already in queue

Thank you, this really helps. I kinda feel like screw it, I’m already driving 10 hours to see her and the prices are so low. I’ve seen her twice, but I wasn’t super close. At Dallas, I had early access and saw the mad rush for the pit. It was very unnerving. People screaming, running and pushing everyone out of the way. Security had zero control. That’s not my vibe, but it would be life changing if I could get barricade. I also just don’t know how I’d handle people screaming when she’s singing. I mean obvi I could handle it, but will I enjoy myself? Seeing Lana that close would probably outweigh every possible negative. I’m also alone, so it’s like, if I get a spot in line, am I going to be able to leave if I have to use the restroom? Lol. I hope they do wristbands or something. This does help. I’m gonna keep driving and just get a hotel tonight in Brandon I think. I lowkey wanna scope it out and see if people are camping out.

The amount of tickets available for tomorrow is insane. Prices keep dropping. This is like the first date at Tennessee. I know Mississippi is out there, but it seems crazy that resale tickets are selling so slowly.

Anyone have experience in the pit at one of the smaller venues on her tour? What was it like? When did you get in line? How crazy was the mob when the gate opened? Prices for tomorrow keep falling. I already have good tickets just behind the pit. I’m overthinking this hardcore. I don’t even think they’ll let people line up crazy early. I’m delulu and might make it into town tonight just in case.

M!ssundaztood by P!nk was one of the first albums that really struck a chord with me. I had recently started HS when it came out. There was a lot of f*ed up stuff going on in my family and it evoked so many emotions. Family Portrait, especially. I ended up seeing her in concert shortly thereafter. It was the first concert I went to and it had a profound effect on me. Stripped by Christina Aguilera came out the next year in 2002. This time the lyrics gave me confidence and strength to power through difficult changes in my life, including my first toxic relationship/breakup. I played that record to death and I really should revisit it. It’s been a while. Fallen by Evanescence is another album that helped me get through the struggles of HS. And my emo phase lol. I remember writing a paper on Everybody’s Fool, a song that spoke to me about some of those who betrayed me in dark times in my life. Switching gears, Pink Floyd became the first artist to have a truly transformative impact on my life. I had a very sheltered childhood and moving out, and going to college, was one of those key moments in life. I first discovered Dark Side of the Moon after the band had an unexpected reunion at Live 8, the last time they all played together. The lyrics (in DSOTM) about life, fears, struggles and death were very thought-provoking. I quickly discovered the rest of their library. Aside from the lyrics, I really appreciate the depth of their music, the progressive nature of it. Gilmour’s drawn out solos invoke feelings and emotions that feel otherworldly. Seeing David Gilmour and Richard Wright in concert at Radio City Music Hall my freshman year in college was something else. It was one of the top experiences of my life. I got lost in the show, it was one of my first trips to NYC and the venue was incredible. Seeing that performance in such an intimate venue with the light show truly moved me. Wright died only a couple of years later and I feel very fortunate to see them when I did. I would see Roger a few years later for some shows. His performance of The Wall was another one of those profound moments in my life. I was Pink Floyd obsessed for many years. I still am, but I discovered Lana in 2013 and that forever changed the course of my musical interests. Summertime Sadness was pivotal in helping me make a life changing decision. Although I’ve since become an obsessive stan, it seemed to be a slow, gradual process. During the pandemic, I went back and revisited her library. While I was already a fan, the extra time allowed me to explore her work more deeply. I re-listened to tracks that I had previously glossed over. I may not love every single song she’s released, but I can tell you that I appreciate her in all of her different eras. Seeing her in concert for the first time last month was the highlight of my year. I’ve become very isolated in recent years. It was my first concert since 2018 and the whole experience was unlike anything else I’ve experienced. It’s as if it started a new chapter in my life. I’m not becoming an extrovert or anything, but it was the first time I’ve been out in crowds like that since the pandemic and it was beautiful. (Even though I don’t usually care for large crowds) My wallet hasn’t been happy, but I saw her last week and I’ll see her one more time tomorrow before I probably take a pause from concerts for a while. I can’t keep spending so much money, but it’s all been so worth it. I struggle with showing emotions. I don’t have many close friends or family members. Music is one of those escapes that has helped me through so much. Whether it’s Lana’s art speaking to me, Gilmour’s note bending letting me feel emotions I could never express, or other lyrics giving me strength and courage, music has had a profound influence on my life.
