She put a short trailer up for it onto youtube, in a similar style to her older music videos (video games, pre-born to die music videos, etc) but the video released was very different.

I think I agree to some extent, too. I don't want to say goodbye to the Ultraviolence era yet though. Still, I can definitely see her packaging the album has a "Ultraviolence: the Honeymoon edition" type of deluxe box set with art prints and vinyls and whatnot, it would give her a way to finally release her original music video idea for West Coast, and the unreleased one for Pretty When You Cry too, as a disc exclusive with "The Videos" like what she did for Born To Die's Paradise edition box set. She seems completely done with promoting this era, this tour just kind of feels like it's that typical thing singers do every so often, it doesnt FEEL like she's continuing the Ultraviolence era? maybe thats just me. It's weird. On an unrelated note, do any of you think she'll release a music video for Big Eyes? I would have thought she had, and if not now, the window of opportunity is closing and i'd say the latest she would post one is in the next 2 weeks, honestly.

Do any of you think it will end up as something like "Ultraviolence: the Honeymoon edition" ? i think it would make sense to package them like that, especially because of the stark contrasts between the ideas painted in both (assuming honeymoon is greatly inspired by Lana's new boyfriend, as Ultraviolence was inspired by her hardships with Barrie), what do you guys think?

I'd love something similar to this in style (obviously not the actual songs):

    1. Shades of Cool (jazzy rock intro)
    2. Million Dollar Man
    3. Hawaiian Tropic
    4. Back to Black-esque song
    5. Kill Kill
    6. Traditional jazz track
    7. Yayo
    8. Come When You Call Me America
    9.  Jazz fusion track
    10. Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood

@@Creyk Absolutely right. The music is the core soul of this entire vision, and the imagery that is created from the music is the structure. Mind (the amazing quality of music Lana puts out) over matter (all this bittersweet but necessary talk about Lana's position.) I really feel like us Lana fans needed to bring up the stanning situations, but it just doesn't seem fair to pit Lana up against those divas when she is obviously even more unique and refreshing. I need to make a post y'all about how fed up I got with little monsters on twitter and all only caring about sales and promo. Please everybody try not to blow Lana's lack of promo (she's still going to shine in the limelight) up to ARTPOP proportions---you will only become more disappointed. And also more distraught for almost no reason whatsoever. Lana knows her creations best and despite how much I want her to succeed in the midst of the pop culture "wars", can't we be certain that Lana's legacy will endure far longer than the hype of now? Cherish more than just the charts people. After all, the most inspiring people in Lana's life didn't slay 24/7 and stay up on the charts---they all needed artistic reevaluations to consistently give us fans the best art and the best music and the most sublime creations possible.

A track could very well appear on the album titled "Honeymoon", Fine China and Morricone could be for the album, too.

I'm so excited for Music To Watch Boys To, I hope it's a beautiful pop song that gets an incredible music video and gets tens of millions of hits on youtube.
A boy can dream, cant he?

The title makes me visualise two girls with sunglasses on, hair blowing in the wind, sitting under a tree watching boys at a skate park, in black and white? every single time i hear the words 'Music To Watch Boys To' i instantly get that visual. every. time.

I feel like UV would have been so much more complete if JFK, Angels Forever, Hollywood and Starry Eyed had been on the album. It still, to me, though, is a beautiful album.
