I can’t sleep cause stoned + had a bunch of green tea earlier and typing all that out about the btw ball era album release etc got me feeling nostalgic — it’s funny anytime a favorite artist of mine has a new release like Lana carly charli the 1975 etc I always end up wanting to go back to all their old music and play a bunch of it on repeat again

As much as I’m sure there are cheesy parts of BTW that era and time was my peak stan status before Lana really came on the scene so I was just fully living for the whole Gaga fantasy back then hahaha ... also that album came out May 23rd 2011 and this on May 29th and the 29th is literally my birthday :’) it just feels so crazy and “coming full circle” with BTW and Chromatica I’m turning 22 today and just got to see Gaga live for the first time EVER in Vegas for the enigma show this past Christmas I was supposed to see her in Greensboro for the legendary BTW ball tour before she broke her hip :’( my 13/14 year old gay self wanted to be in the monster pit SO bad omg the memories I’m too stoned for this rn lmao

They actually feel very similar to me in character and what they were both “going for” trying to return to form in a sense with a more accessible pop front with sparks of their creative “spice” that bolstered them into the music scene to begin with

I honestly feel like this is what marinara thought she was serving us with Love + Fear tho but Gaga just does the simplicity in such a more quality and gripping way

Omg I wish... I had ordered the fame 2lp glacier blue, Chromatica pic disc, and 2 copies of the signed CD from the US store and it still shows it’s hasn’t processed or shipped yet :/ I went back and read the email from the order originally and it says estimated ship date December 31, 2020
