I totally think that’s the plan for this album (maybe ONE single a week or 2 before the whole album something idk) but it seems pretty clear she was going for the whole “surprise” release thing she had mentioned before back at the beginning of the year... honestly though I have a feeling it won’t come on her original stated September release date

Unless she’s had this whole album ready to go before posting her typewriter mess I really don’t think we are going to be seeing a Sept 5 (physical at least) release... also although I’m sure the 90 day thing is true for CD/vinyl production etc. this really isn’t true regarding Apple Music/Spotify/streaming releases because think back for example to Charli’s HIFN and how it wasn’t completed till the week of release

If she is ever seen or spotted canoodling or announces she’s back with sean...... girl that’d be IT for me, tbh I don’t even think I would enjoy the next record (actually knowing he’ll probably be a strong focus on some of the songs already makes me less interested period) ... like idk about y’all but something about the clear pictures she painted with her lyricism regarding Barrie (UV) and Francesco (parts of HM) just hits that warm fuzzy feeling whereas if she’s singing about this cop ex boyfriend knowing a little more about him/the despicable shit he’s involved with regarding policing as reality TV entertainment etc..... I just wouldn’t be able to enjoy it idk I also feel like objectively looking back on her entire discography the lyricism itself has only gotten worse since LFL era ... also sorry if this is a long ass ramble or doesn’t make any sense or off topic etc

I agree with a lot of your points you’ve made in this post (especially regarding if Kanye used his twitter platform to get to the trumpets) but (imo) there’s a difference between documenting the protest and using photos from the protest to justify posting her glamorous selfie right before it so she doesn’t get clocked for how insensitive and tone deaf it reads and comes across

what's truly wrong is that she is posting non activist stuff like her "baddie" pic along with protest images at the same time, it comes off and reads extremely tone deaf (to me at least, everyone can have an individual opinion I respect) and as if she views/is just using these protests as a literal photoshoot backdrop and because its "trendy" to support the movement right now..... ALSO it's worth noting to mention that with the massive following she has she could be using this platform to share black art, to post links to donation funds/petitions, ANYTHING really but its very clear that she is only prioritizing and thinking about herself in these posts and not the actual movement idk sorry if this comes off as a ramble its just very apparent how disingenuous this all feels
