That jiffy lube venue was amazing honestly... camped out for 30+ hours before the show cause my twitter friend from GA and I drove up from NC together for it, our group (me Austin carly and Meikel — if you happen to know any of them from twitter) was 1-4 in the VIP line it was such a TIME

I can’t get over how great the chorus of Plastic Doll is... DONT PLAY WITH MEEEEEE IT JUST HURTS MEEEEEEE honestly she served with these vocals on the album

I think we were talking more like an Act 2/b sides/demos etc for Chromatica not Artpop tho

I mean she did just drop the acoustic live EP at least it was something

In their defense I think they were just speaking to the nature of the comment not being founded in any sort of logic/reasoning or explanation This would be especially beneficial to work right now with everyone stuck at home on their phones etc

If only she actually came through with act II/ b side/ demo projects etc like Carly did... whew

The only reason why I’d say I hold LA to the Moon to my heart more than those shows is cause I scored a front dead center spot right beside the steps and she came down to me first at the end of the show... I gave her a piece of paper that had the tweet of my phone number she favorited and never called from the “call you manana” tweets after the LFL preorders lmao... I wrote “tomorrow never came” with it and a smiley face and she laughed and signed my UV UO vinyl personally with my name right over the knee.... honestly a priceless moment ill never forget till I die :’) Also I caught the set of (fake) pearls she threw off the stage during WTWWAWWKD and they’ve been sitting beautifully in my ultraviolence box set ever since

Those were honestly the best shows of my life... I was blessed enough to see the bristow, charlotte, and atlanta shows all three in a row in a span of 4 days or so... a fucking JOURNEY it was

Endless Summer Tour will always be her strongest live performances imo... I mean serial killer, you can be the boss, us against the world, the cover of why don’t you do right, introducing Chelsea hotel no 2 into the set list.. I feel like that was the last era that felt fresh with the style and overall design of a themed show and it feels like ever since it’s just been “greatest hits” shows with only a few new tracks sprinkled in time to time

Honestly I hated most of Joanne when it first came out and only recently started enjoying and appreciating it fully so anything was a step up from that for me lol but I haven’t really stanned Gaga since the end of Artpop era into c2c As for Chromatica I think it’s a wonderful return to form for her minus a couple bad production choices (free woman, Babylon) and there’s a couple of tracks that could’ve been left off for redundancy (1000 doves especially)

I wish I liked it but I can’t stop hearing swish swish when I hear it :/ the slowed talking style verse Gaga gives is cute tho

I feel like the lyrics are horrible but something about the impact and strength she gives off in the vocals does it for me

When the album first came out I really vibed w No More Suckers just cause of the attitude and sass in the lyrical content but over time it aged so badly and just sounds tacky kinda idk it’s still a “good enough” track to go back and listen to every now and then

Ok the beats/vocal sample or whatever in the background SLAPS why would she ever change this oh my GOD I’m really glad I didn’t know of this demo/LQ snippet otherwise I’d be so upset w the real track

It’s sad to admit the truth here but I know this will almost never happen again in a large capacity venue setting... we can hope for more acoustic/radio session performances maybe but her tour tours I feel like are always gonna have the backtracks especially w the classics

The entire Act 2 (minus hard candy oops) is literal perfection

I just also wish 911’s chrorus “popped” a little more and the lyrics didn’t come off so cheesy
