That’s so crazy! I’m not really familiar with her but just listening to her singles, it didn’t sound like her to me. I guess she’s a pretty prolific songwriter and probably tries a lot of different things in the studio.
With all these pitched songs such as Boys, Rare, Our Boyfriend, Issues, Heart To Break (? not sure if that’s true), did Atlantic just really want her to record something written by someone else or what lol?

No, but similar name, Aaron Joseph. I think he’s also the guy who DJs for her and does the acoustic guitar at her shows. And then the song was produced by Jon Castelli who did numerous songs with her like Push Push Push for instance which is also going around.
The two of them also did the original demo of Hillside Boys with her before Luke was involved.

Yeah, that just leaked like 2ish weeks ago I think. It’s pre-Dr. Luke but it was written with the same guy she’s still writing all her songs with.
