Affordable Healthcare Being Act Replaced By American Health Care Act

Recommended Posts

My insurance is currently $120 a month

Estimated financial help: $0 per month ($0 per year)
as a premium tax credit. This covers 0% of the monthly costs. (Although your income would qualify you for help, insurance premiums in your area may not be expensive enough for this help to kick in. For more information, see the FAQ). Your cost for a silver plan: $733 per month

Link to my gofundme page coming soon I guess  :biblio:

so he's making the healthcare system worse again..

i was honestly shocked when i read that americans even have to pay for the ambulances when they're needed (?).

it seems scary to think that there's this huge rise of conservatism across the globe.

The rise of conservatism is directly related the accumulation of power over time as it enables power-holders to influence those beneath them and suppress their opposition

it will only get worse as power-holders use their influence to continue to dismantle the protections of the common man and accumulate more power

Gentle pushback in the opposite direction will not work. Their influence is too great. Either we act with conviction or get snuffed.

edit: sorry bout my little angry rant here guys

When I had my daughter it was $500 for the ambulance and an additional $10 per mile to the hospital

It's so expensive here. My mother became very sick last week, and she did not want me to call emergency services due to the fact that they're so costly.

It's really sad too, because she should be focused on her health rather than money.

Yeah, it's really fucked up :/ I don't think non-Americans realize how messed up our healthcare system is. People willingly chose not to get cancer treatments because they don't want to survive and be financially fucked the rest of their lives. Not paying them will destroy your credit, which means no car, no home, sometimes no job, and some states, if your medical bills go unpaid for too long you can go to jail.

huh?! are u serious? i'm honestly shocked, how even? :oprah2:

Yep, and it costs more if you ask them to rush you there or if it's an emergency and they have to rush you. It would've cost a lot more if I didn't choose to go to the closest hospital instead of the one I wanted to go to that was 15 miles away.
