Escapism 6,026 Posted December 31, 2017 Basically, as the title says create an era (or re-create one if you wish). Examples of things to put: - Album title/tracklist/cover - MVs - Photoshoots/photographers/visuals - Merch and physical releases - Etc. Decided to make this because I like making my own albums and imagining what it'd be like as an actual era plus I can make use of some of the edits I have in lying around on my computer, so I thought this might be a fun thing to do. Hopefully, there isn't anything like this yet and that this doesn't flop, but yeah. xx
Creyk 11,726 Posted December 31, 2017 Lana puts out an album with 85 songs on it. It contains ALL songs she made since the post-Paradise (that she didn't put out officially yet) era in chronological order to demonstare her artistic growth, UV original demos and outtakes like Fine China, Beautiful People with updated production. When the time for a tour comes, she lets fans vote on an online poll for the 12 songs she will perform on tour so we can decide what we want to hear. The songs that received the 13th 14th 15th most votes will be performed occasionally on select dates. She gives us a huge amount of music and actually sings the new songs live on tour. We are super happy. The end.

Ultra Violet 19,026 Posted January 1, 2018 LDR6 The whole aesthetic is dimly lit, candles, tarot cards, opulent buildings with beautiful old Renaissance-style architecture. Lana's role is the High Priestess who connects the otherworldly to the physical realm. The lyrics of the era are deep, inspiring and cosmic. The album has 12 tracks but 4 extras on the deluxe Track titles include stuff like -Flame (next level Freak) -High Priestess (with a music video that is like Born To Die part 2 and she's on the moon, probably high too, lol pun) -The Lovers -Ethereal (like high by the beach but space edition) Angels forever and Starry Eyed are included too

loleetah 4,084 Posted January 1, 2018 Lust For Life: What Could Have Been (If Lana had kept the horror themes of the LFL trailer) The aesthetic: Black and white, grainy pictures that look like relics, long black dresses and straight dark hair, candles, old-school horror movies, space, magic, a mix of old and new Hollywood, old-school horror movie tropes Themes of the album: Uncertainty about the future, feeling lost in love, unattainable relationships, sisterhood/"Sisters Of The Moon", navigating darkness in the world, a sense of omnipotence The songs include lots of violins and heavy drums and all sound eerie, several unique sounds like theremin and waterphone. Lana plays a witchy role with lyrics about magic and watching over the inhabitants of Hollyweird (from the H in the sign). It's melancholy and playful, with some moments of reassurance and hope (like in Love). One track is very B-movie inspired and sounds straight out of a soundtrack. SR is present complete with a longer "Carnival of Souls" sample. The Stevie collab is still present, but the song is more like "Sisters Of The Moon" or "Rhiannon" by Fleetwood Mac and is about women and their feminine powers in witchcraft. Political elements are still there but not so on the nose. No rap collab, but some rock-heavy collaboration with bands from the 90's. The tour set is black and white, with glittery space motifs. Lana wears black ensembles with bright flowers and dark makeup. The backdrop shows clips made by Lana of old school movies and magic visuals.
