oh my god - it's so beautiful... I hear her strength in the midst of the heartache and sadness. like towards the end of the song - her voice feels so close to tears but equally strong and preserved like the slight spoken word of

 "doesn't really make for the best ; you know, 'settle down type' "    

it adds a little light to the pain of losing a partner who doesn't stay... ugh its such a beautiful song

Oh, it's so beautiful  I've missed hearing strings in her music soooo much, her voice is truly meant for them. So angelic. I also luvvv the little notes of Lizzy vocals that I pick up throughout the song, especially in the chorus. The vocal laying she did in the last "go on and giddy up"s in the outro remind me of some of her old acapella laptop demos that I adore so much - hauntingly beautiful, instant chills. Can't wait to replay the death out of this until the album release!! Xx

On another note that song was absolutely PHENOMENAL and was lowkey worth the wait  The melodies, the absolutely beautiful production, the crystal clear vocals are EVERYTHING. The beginning personally reminded me of TNBAR, but tbh the song is indescribable beyond words and trying to describe what fusion of songs it sounds like would be useless  Call me the right person because I'm absolutely staying
