She is probably testing people though, im sure in LA there is many companies who come and test you at your house with almost instant results for like $100 or $300 each person or something, she's rich enough to test everyone she wants whenever she wants.

 

There is no instant test. Japanese scientists are developing a test that can produce a result in 30 minutes, but that's not available yet. 

 

Even if she had a stockpile of those, there's no way she would make all her friends get tested before entering her home or whatever. It's nonsensical.
