Slayyyter might be full of bops but that’s all they are - Charli delivered bops & emotional vulnerability while keeping things exciting with various collabs. I WILL give Slayyyter the credit for having a better album cover, but the music on Charli is serving much higher quality + substance. They’re both great albums tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Cross You Out sounds perfect after Click. I had the album on shuffle & the drums + synth on CYO hit so much harder after the crazy outtro on Click. Rearranging the tracklist is fun, I want to find a way to make it flow so that I don’t want to skip any song, even 1999 & the remixed BIOYL.

I honestly can’t decide between Dreamer & Backseat which I love more and which is a better opening to its respective album.. I think they’re both flawless.

Homogenic is a timeless classic.. I don’t know any other woman in music who could’ve made that! Unravel.. still one of the most beautiful & heartbreaking songs ever made.

I hate these fans lmao literally ALWAYS have to find SOMETHING to complain about... some of us can’t even afford to see her at all ‘cuz she’s nowhere near us & people complain about a few songs on a setlist.

Y’all know Charli is never going to revisit XCXWORLD.. give it a rest! At best, if we’re lucky, she’ll rework one or two songs from it - but I doubt it. It’s a shame, but I don’t think we would have gotten N1A or Pop2 if XCXWORLD was released.

sameeee I can & have listened to it on repeat for hours Cross You Out is so incredible, the production is so lush & it’s such an anthem.. tbh still one of my favorite Charli songs ever, most likely in my Top 5 songs from Charli as well.

OCTOBER IS SO CLOSE

The structure of 2099 is part of what I don’t like about it - it feels so short for an album finale. I feel like the song is just chorus , weird verse, one more chorus and that’s it?? Like don’t get me wrong - I love the production quirks and the spacey vibe. But I can never remember the lyrics & the melody or lack thereof, whatever lol, is just not memorable to me at all.

2099 is a decent song but it’s definitely my least fave on the album. There’s no melody.

This is killing me
