I agree. She sounds robotic which is cute and I do like but if it were Charli doing the background vocals there would be more emotion to them even thru the auto tune lol. But easily my favorite so far WOW it’s so cute, I loveloveLOVE love LOVE the glitchy vocal effects and production quirks in this song, it’s literally perfect. & sounds like such a good songg to have near the very end of an album

Guns N’ Roses has incredible verses, but I hate the chorus. I’m like... oh ok Lana, he loved Guns N’ Roses huh? Wait what did he love? He loved guns? And Roses? Guns AND Roses??? He LOVED guns and Roses???????? NFR! Isn’t my favorite song on the album, prob not even my top 5, but I found it stuck in my head at work today.. those strings + that melody are killer. It’s a grower for sure.

Lol no it’s funny ‘cuz I get that - I have been noticing some of your posts in the NFR thread & having similar thoughts. I think our rankings for the album tracks are opposites. With many of Lana’s albums over the years, I’ve noticed that my favorite song tends to be the least favorite of the majority of this fanbase. that’s partially why I’m so vocal about my love for them it is definitely interesting how all of us as Lana fans still find so much to disagree on or just how we get entirely different feelings from each song. but that’s the fun of banter & discussion ~

Pop music reuses melodies & chords all the time. Nothing can ever be 100% original because everyone is inspired by something. Can y’all find a better reason to hate White Mercedes? It’s a gorgeous ballad. Charli is serving vocals, good lyrics, & raw emotion... but I guess y’all are never happy??

She could do more music videos or literally anything other than an acoustic EP. I’m sorry but that’s the most dull + uninspired way to go. Especially when most of the lyrics on this album just don’t compare to her past albums. I’m not even going to listen to the EP at all, I mean I hardly listen to L+F anymore and if I do it’s only one song. Looking forward to INHA & whatever ladies she collabs with though!!!

It’s SNOWING outside, you’re sitting ALONE in your comfy living room recliner drinking HOT TEA & reminiscing about the PAST.... it’s a MAGICAL SLEIGH RIDE into NOSTALGIA... I’m officially convinced that everyone hating on the bells is deaf & hates the holidays, winter, & happiness. It’s just the truth.
