Never said was bad but far from really good to the point she is able to make a live show whithout autotune. That is not a critic is just what I think from seeing her live. Doesn't make Ke$ha less good in anyway. Understand also that most artists in Brazil (national) don't lipsync. Not even pop rock. We have a very diverse, rich and really good national music. Most of them sing live and have really good voices. From the indie ones to the mainstream. So is impossible to not see that fact as somewhat a base of comparison. To me a really good voice is Pink, Marina, Aguilera. People that can make a live show easily. But Ke$ha is my beloved Fiona. SHe is the most fun of them all. I identify a lot with Ke$ha "sonically" and personally" She is not as famous internationally as Rihanna, Gaga or Katy.Everyone knows who Ke$ha is but if you ask people to name 5 songs from Ke$ha, Rihanna, Gaga or Katy I think most won't be able to name or sing versus of 5 ke$ha songs. That is what I mean by not being the super ultra star. And by no meanings THAT IS A BAD THING. Means she is not that over exposed or a variety of her songs don't get much radio time. Variety! Not that she doesn't get radio time because she obviously does. Is only what I think anyway based in my opinion and some facts I experienced with no numbers to prove it

Baby, Britney won't make that much money from tour anymore. Well she will make millions and millions for sure but what I am saying is compared to other artists. And I think is a good thing. She went through a lot so is good that she is not doing that many concerts to top the list. Britney needs a stable life. Look how much she emproved having stability. I am glad Britney is not on the top 5 and probably won't be. Means that her management is taking care of her as a person and not making her do more than she can handle. If I was in Britney's team I wouldn't let her be more than a week away from her family and her house. Let her be at the X Factor, record some singles to satisfy her fan base. Maybe even make an album and do a mini tour. She already lived all this, the number one, the pop princess. Hell even Madonna looked up for her like she was actually approving people calling her the new Madonna. Things didn't turn around well for Britney and no one will really know what happened but one thing I know is that Britney is much better whtithout all the midia surrounding her every move. About the list after all that happened to her I would say uau she is still number 15. That is a big accomplishment not a defeat.

You have a math problem in your comment. A market is not only based in album sales or charts. Is also based in the cherry of the cake, the one that really makes money: concerts. And in that matter South America, Asia and Europe blow North America out of the water. South America, Europe and Asia will never sell international artists albuns like US because they have a very strong national market. The sales are divided through to many artists. But when it comes to concerts the real money maker I am sorry you need to buy a calculator and read a little more before making such assumptions of market importance. I saw her clip for Chasing Paviments in Multishow which is today the biggest music chanel in brazil. Amy was also in the charts before people even know who she was in US. Amy did concerts in Rio for the first time in Adele debut in Brazil was in late 2008 if I am not wrong. Also most Radios staions and music chanels use the UK as a base for international charts in south america not north american charts. Thats why people like Adele, Amy, Marina, Tori Ed get in music chanels in Brazil almost at the same time they get radio time in england.

In Japan, Israel, Singapure,Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, India, South Korea, Indonesia and several other countries you can buy and download an album. That is why they are a big market for ALBUM SALES. The internet after the 2000 changed everything. All markets lead it together in a certain way I guess. Asia is a huge market, South America is a huge market, Europe is a huge market. All markets are important. Same goes for movies. And there are several factors involved like what countries pay more for concerts. Guess what country pays more for concerts?

Britney has 2 things Gaga will never have which is sympathy and charisma. She has sympathy because of everything she went through. Look at Britney she looks like a kid I honestly I feel bad for even making fun of her funny faces in the judge panel. And Britney has charisma. You cant teach, learn or give charisma to someone is there or is not. Gaga can have as many singles, albuns and grammies as she wants. The thing is the public will forever care about Britney because they actually like HER. The fact that she is a judge in a SINGING contest after all she went through proves what I am saying after all she is not a Mariah is she? Voice speaking I mean. That is the thing with people who have lots of charisma they get a easier ride and longevity because people care about them not only the work they do/ or have done. Look at Cheryl Cole. The brits have so many great bands, so many amazing voices and they also have Cheryl, the sweet heart. She does playback, has make several lipsync mistakes but they dont really mind. They llike her and also have sympathy for her. I like both Britney and Cheryl and I never bought a single album of neither. Listen to them on the radio and in parties but I like them quite a lot. Gaga doesnt have that and wont have it. And the irony is that I bought The Fame and is a good album that I listen for a while but not anymore. I just can't see Gaga having longevity with the way she behaves and the way that her songs/lyrics got so pour. And understand I am not talking about fans I am talking about the general public who turns the tv and see those people there or listen to a song in the radio or in a friends car. I am talking about the charisma that goes outside your fan base. Is a difficult thing to explain the famous X factor. Britney has that. Not the most talented, not even close the best voices but for sure one of the most charismatics public figures out there.

Animal is perfection and Warrior is really good. Ke$ha is not the best voice (actually autotunes is her life savior) , not the pretty super sexy girl but she is fun and full of personality. And that can give her longevity. Ke$ha in my opinion is just super cool. My little sexy pop in a Fiona kind of way. Her lyrics are ironic she writes about mundane situations taking them over the top. I love her. She will never be the super ultra star which is just fine. She will be around for a long time as long as we have clubs and parties to attend. I saw many different concerts/artists live and Ke$ha is pretty awsome. You don't stop jumping and having fun for the whole thing. Is pop in it's prime if you ask me.

Considered beautiful are you really using that one? Lets put it this way: Adele is overweight (a lot). Amy Winehouse, Florence and Tori Amos are far away from being supermodel material. You know what they have in common? Talent. You might say that is not pop enought so I would say what about Ke$ha, Madonna, Fergie, Jessie J?? Honestly also not super pretty. They all got attention, sell albuns and do concerts. I love pop art. Dont twist my words. I never said pop art is trash. Gaga is not what I would call good pop art. Gaga says, thats her speech not mine, that she does ART. She is very full of herself in that aspect. She talks about her music, outfits, tour and everything Gaga related like is ART and not only art but amazing art. Gaga herself doesnt classify her work as pop art just ART. That is one of her problems. Art has substance and creates and generates a feeling. That mess is not pop art, not art is just a good old Happy Meal in my humble opinion.

My question is did you ever got to a concert of hers? Did you hear what she says?? I to 2 concerts of Gaga (was free premium tickets so dont judge me). First in my humble opinion I think these days people use the word HATE too much and 2 often for no reason. I see some people here don't appreciate Gaga others do like her that's all. I don't like her music or much of what she does and represents. And yes if you wear a fucking meat dress I will make fun of you. And yes I will also make fun if you say to a journalist you don't take your sunglasses off in interviews much but you will take them off for a certain interviewer (Barbara Walters interview). People make fun of her they don't hate her. And if people think she didn't plan this they should think again. She does and wears all those things to make people comment on her. When people make fun of her (which is what she wants by the way) she says"Oh I know what is being made fun of what is to be different" and all that old speech. Total BS. Her weirdness is so manufacturated that I ask myself if she has maintenance guarantee for her weirdo character.. Lana is a much bigger weirdo than Gaga I bet you that. And Gaga playing the weirdo "monster" is actually funny. If I think Gaga is talented? Yes I do. She is a good musician? Yes she is. Also a good pianist. I think Gaga was pretty smart to reach out to the niche she did. The rejected ones I mean. Calling herself the mother monster and all that. Is like eating a Happy Meal and calling it a meal. Is not. Is junke food. Taste good and everyone has tried. But even if you called Happy Meal and design the coolest package will still remain Junke food. To me what Gaga does and creates is not art is a Happy Meal. But in the end she is living her dream so kudos for her and not actually harming no one so double kudos for her.
