that comparison doesn't really make sense because videogames charted way better than the "single material" blue jeans.. i don't even care about her chart positions but #52 is so low like how did that even happen. she needs to do something for her next single or this is gonna be like the born to die era where no single (except for vg) charted in the top 100. mess

it looks like a separate video because the only photos/previews we got are of her on a balcony and the male model video was shot outside (not on a balcony) i think? although it could just be a second set or some kind of "throwback" scenes in the video (Born To Die Church/Palace Setting and then we have those outside & car scenes).. i guess we'll find out later.

i'd be happy if she attends the vmas tbh u never know with lana. @ Lana's biggest market never was the us, she used to be all over europe but most of europe forgot about her bc the uv didn't happen here at all. also success in the us ≠ international success; bad blood and beyoncé are pretty good examples. i'd be happy if hbtb is a late bloomer in some european countries because the uk and germany used to be pretty huge markets for her (but germany's top 10 is full of german songs and they're craving that tropical house sound for years now let's just hope they'll still buy her albums).

The sales are already going down in germany and it didn't even reach the top 20. that's pretty bad i think even west coast did better and it was released like a month after the world wide release. the weeknd's sales increased to 0.9594 hbtb is probably gonna fall from the 1 later today (although it did way better than expected)

i just hope they won't add some forced last minute changes to this song just to make it different from the leaked version (aka rebel heart) i wouldn't mind minor changes like the applause radio premiere vs official version that was put on itunes like a few days later.

The UV Cover looks so bad on paper. it looks like a lofi fan edit/bootleg and i won't even start with the poorly designed inlay/booklet. Idk if it's just the german version but u can barely see her eyes or any details because it's so dark and the paper quality is super cheap compared to the other lana cds i have. the best version is probably the us itunes one because the font is smaller than usual but it's still the worst lana cover.

do you mean like basically all the ultraviolence singles (except for west coast maybe) i really hope we get another good album cover, we all complained about the paradise and born to die cover but they're still wayyyy better than the ultraviolence one.

They had a camera team at those Hollywood Cemetery Shows and also one at the London date for the paradise tour and we only got 3 random videos from o2 so far (@someone just please leak the whole concert)

meh, the new version sounds so weird and overproduced (but in a bad way). the "now-demo" is good because the instrumental itself is very minimalistic and "calm" the album version sounds like they tried to make some sam smith power ballad with a piano verse at the beginning. they're having a concert in my area but the tickets aren't on sale (u can only win them bye) i just hope i'm lucky enough to win tickets (or at least see or meet them, it's the same event where i was lucky enough to meet lana in 2012 (she also put us on the guest list for front row seats she's an angel)

i actually like nicole's photoshoots with lana. lana usually looks beautiful in them and the pictures itself look nice (except for the photoshop but it's weird that the blue jeans photos don't even looks as photoshopped compared to the final paradise cover, which was re-edited solely for the cover again??). neil is a good photographer and i usually think the colours and "filters" he choose did fit the photos for different magazines perfectly. but it's mostly lana's fault that his photos are terrible because she has the worst make up and most boring outfits ever (not in all photos but i'm talking about the uv shoot rn). he even instagramed better outtakes than the photos we've officially got.

that's stupid af because she's gonna sacrifice her career if she keeps acting so childish. she could've just proved her label wrong by promoting it to boost the sales and show the label that the album isn't bad... maybe then her label would trust her more...
