i generally agree that many people love to hate on artists here but i also feel like more often than not it’s simply fans criticizing & talking an artist’s work because you should be allowed to analyze and think about someone’s art regardless of whether they like it or not i don’t disagree with your point though

well i made the thread so i guess this conversation should go over there - helping the mods with their job anyway back to LDR9 and being very disappointed with @TheDollClub who currently has a little more than 1 hour left

starting with reposting the tweet that @sweetcinnamondealer posted in the LDR9 thread that was the origin of "Seafoam Nova"

Inspired by a discussion that went off topic in the LDR9 pre-pre-release thread, here's a thread to basically discuss any Lanaboards lore or inside jokes and explain them. Also a thread to explain or reveal any obscure Lana info that is referenced but not a lot of people know the source of. Basically Lanaboards with context. Examples would be the sources of fake song titles such as "Mary (Scared Of Me)" or "Seafoam Nova" or the many "-gates" such as Chickengate or Glittergate. mods feel free to move this somewhere else or merge it with a thread if this idea already exists

we could call it "LanaBoards Explained" or something and it could potentially fit in Lana Thoughts since some things would probably be actual info that's just obscure, but Conversation Area kind of allows it to get away with completely not true stuff

maybe we should make a lanaboards lore thread where we list lore and explain where it comes from
