The male vocals after the first two verses are horrible, she did the song live without them and it sounded a bit drawn out but still so much better

It's coming out June 7th, the verses are quite short but it sounds like an absolute jam

'Can I Get a Bump?' kinda slaps, never really thought much of her before listening to it. Does she have anything similar?

I remember someone randomly posting the link to this a few years ago, one of the most memorable live performances I've seen in the past few years even now. Rarely since has anything made such an impact on me. Kind of forgot about them for a while, then I found a copy of 'La Maison de Mon Reve' in a small charity shop in the middle of nowhere. Definitely prefer their most recent stuff like 'We Are On Fire/Tearz For Animals' and "Heartache City'

Even though I had my doubts about Utopia at the beginning I'd fully be here for a remix album

Why have I never heard this solo version of Sunday Morning before She randomly posted a snippet on Instagram about a month ago, I just thought she'd used an old version from her phone or something but no the full's been on YouTube since 2015

I have that Island Life promo too haha, I randomly saw it on eBay whilst looking for Lauren Aquilina goodies. Coincidentally it had some Petite too though that wasn't why I originally bought it. I used to think A Little Love was a different master but there's no difference between that "2015 version" and the final when compared, just a working title I guess :\ And yeah I find it weird that it's been so long without any news of any music beyond the usual "coming soon x" replies on Instagram, the Shimmy Shimmy Style revamp was cute but she barely mentioned it anywhere

I added that haha, that's her sister's old band I believe. They've released some other albums but that's the only track with Petite's vocals (confirmed via liner notes), I dug around and bought their other CD's just to be sure. I believe Ce N'est Pas was her first ever time recording vocals though, so this is pre-Terry Poison. I have a personal CD-Rip of the song, which is 256kbps. I could probably rip something larger but I'm not sure if the album was pressed any higher than that, I'm also not sure what the forum rules are regarding uploading old releases; But it's not available anywhere online nor on any streaming/music purchasing platforms.

Just realised I never posted my review of her Eden Project show Overall it was one of the most amazing and surreal shows of my life, from beginning to end I was captivated Support Acts: You couldn't really sit because the tarmac standing space was blisteringly hot but by the end of Klein (support 1) most people were. Klein and her dancers really made the most of the stage they were given and were overall pretty enjoyable, by the end I'd already followed her on Instagram lmao, but unfortunately their crowd was very small (everyone was sitting on the grass surrounding the arena drinking cider For Lanark Artefax (support 2) we got up and moved to a better standing space, but within 20 minutes we were sitting again, it was too hot to stand and pretend to enjoy his music for 40 minutes (it got a lot more listenable towards to the end). After that there was about a 30 minute break in which she played various birdsong samples taken from the album mixed with other animal noises, really surreal stuff, but a bit annoying after 20 minutes in the scorching sun Main Show: The crowd was a real random mix of people, you had locals in typical "dad drag" who heard about a weird singer performing and thought they'd pop along; young parents; grandparents; pretentious london art students who violently spasmed to literally every song including the silent sections between tracks ( ); older listeners, and new ones. For most of the show I think there was a general air of "...this isn't the björk we grew up with", with the throwback hits like Isobel & Human Behaviour sending those people wild. She struggled a bit through these two, but that's expected when you've changed your sound so drastically over the years. Wanderlust was a real standout track though, with the flute mix really taking me there lmao The bass in Arisen My Senses had me quaking, but luckily a few days before the show I came down with partial hearing loss so it didn't matter that I left my earplugs at home Notget was such a perfect closer, and the transition between Losss & Sue Me left me and the crowd shook. Overall a really solid setlist, with something for everyone. Costuming and stage were amazing, especially the little flower the flutist pops out of near the beginning. You really couldn't have asked for a better location, the biomes glowing red as we walked out really finished it off for us. The gal on the harp seemed to be having a hoot, and the drummer was possibly the hottest thing I'd witnessed since the heatwave (someone find his @ pls), and Björk herself literally shone. We really were in awe of her presence, she had the air of a forest nymph/goddess and it reflected in the music. Merch was terrible, nothing really to say about it, we were crushed when we saw the table

Just bought some earplugs, thank you guys for bringing it up! My hearing's been getting worse for years so it's probably better to take precautions, didn't realise flutes could be so bass-heavy lmao

Didn't think we'd have to wait until almost June for it to be delivered I stupidly ordered it thinking it'd come in the next few weeks and now I've got to have the address changed
