I don’t think she’s a good vocalist but she’s built her own world and people really relate to and love her storytelling-I’d listen to her more but I just can’t understand what’s she’s singing half the time.

Im not going to assume anything because none of us know her or her situation but the same people saying she’s being herself (some on this thread) or there’s no concern(there was) said we shouldn’t try to #freebritney. I definitely think for better or worse-Jacks production skills were shaped via Lana and not vice versa-there’s a big difference between his style on Taylor’s old records and melodrama to NFR- it was a style they founded together and he just liked it so much he continuously refines and reuses it for solar power, those folk Taylor albums etc -later Lana stuff

I don’t think it’s even the subject matter- lots of us love old money-a song directly referencing her family and a piano ballad- it’s the subject matter contrasts that are different.

Lol I’m logged out of this thread then- BB was a step in the right direction for me-nothing about her family life in LA is very interesting-she’s happy, healthy-her family are beautiful. I doubt she’s going to talk about any family secrets so I wonder what she has to speak about.
