TIWTTFL is still my favorite album of 2016. Sorry Beyoncé. I remember how stunned I was when I came home from work and listened to the CD for the first time because I really wasn't expecting much after the mess with Baby Don't Lie and Spark The Fire, the delay of the album and her starting all over again. Well, I guess the ten years of waiting for this record were worth it. I just hope we'll get another solo album soon, since No Doubt is basically dead. I need a studio version of Start A War in my life!

I think it might turn out pretty interesting if her next record sounded more like her 2010-2011 (unreleased) stuff, a bit more uptempo, playful and, well, diverse. (Might also be quite beneficial for her career if she had a couple radio-friendly songs again.) I love UV, but HM just has too many songs that sound too similar, so I hope LDR5 won't be another slow, stripped-back album. Out of the writers she has previously worked with, I'd like her to collaborate with Tim Larcombe and Blake Stranathan again. And Justin Parker, obviously, since he's responsible for some of her best songs, IMO. I also wouldn't mind Rick Nowels co-writing some songs again, but for God's sake let somebody else do the production.
