I don't really think that that is the reason why she's not getting more recognition.
-
Broken > Blow It All > Got My Number They're all 9/10, though.

The Kim + Kylie collab IS GOING TO HAPPEN one day, I just know it!
-
Broken is probably my favourite out of everything she's released so far (aside from Turn Off The Light, of course – that EP is just on a whole different level). Broken really reminded me of those sad Gwen Stefani bops that I love so much, it made me think of songs like 4 In The Morning, Don't Speak, even Cool kinda. Love it!

So you're calling Where Is The Feeling and Some Kind Of Bop "okay", but you're fine with putting A Lifetime To Repair in the "flawless" category? ..........choices.

LMAO I thought it was scheduled to be released in 2099? What a surprising turn of events! It's James Franco's Flip-Side book.

Okay guys, as most of you probably know by now, my favourite artists are Lana Del Rey, Gwen Stefani, and Kylie Minogue. I noticed an interesting pattern about what they released over the last few years, and when: 2015: Kylie released her Christmas album, Kylie Christmas 2016: Kylie released the "Snow Queen Edition" of her Christmas album 2017: Gwen released her Christmas album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas 2018: Gwen re-released a deluxe edition of her Christmas album Not to stress anyone out or something, but I wouldn't be surprised if Lana's next release turns out to be a Christmas album. It would perfectly fit the pattern, and it would explain why we still don't have a release date... it's simply to early! And remember, we still don't have that studio version of Santa Baby. It would also explain why Lana and her team have always been so awkward about giving us any sort of confirmation whether the singles that have been released so far will be on the album or not, because obviously you can't put those kind of songs on a Christmas album. Now of course, if the pattern is correct, then she'll re-release the album in 2020, so expect a new regular studio album in 2022 at the earliest! -

Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland didn't need no shitty remix to recognise brilliance when it's served on a silver platter. -

Friendly reminder that IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES THAT HAVE TASTE she actually had huge (radio) hits with Video Games and Summertime Sadness (the original, not the remix). -

Wig, she heard my constant moaning about the lack of bops, so she finally recorded one! My undeniable impact! Now let me speak that collab with Kylie into existence! -

Well some people may think that bad music is better than no music, but I politely disagree. I also don't quite understand why you, as a fan, would bring up her tragic tour? -
Same. The singles were all terrible, but this song is quite special, and definitely a bop:

Ugh yes, I love Kylie Bardot! -
Medellín grew on me a lot and I actually quite like I Rise too. Maybe this album will turn out great, after all?

Why would there be licensing issues, though? Clearly there wasn't a problem with any other Parlophone albums, why would this be different with Kiss Me One? I think you're right about her simply hating the whole era and pretending that it never happened. I mean, technically this doesn't affect me, I see no reason to buy this album anyway (might pick it up at a later point for cheap), I even have both Kiss Me Once and Into The Blue on vinyl, I just think that more casual listeners who only buy greatest-hits compilations will probably never know about Into The Blue, which is a shame since it's a brilliant track and one of my favourite Kylie lead singles; I'd actually take Into The Blue over I Believe In You or The One in a heartbeat. Anyway, stream Some Kind Of Bliss and Into The Blue for clear skin and good sex!

Well, that sure was... disenchanting, to say the least. STEP BACK IN TIME: THE DEFINITIVE COLLECTION Pop Precision since 1987. Disc 1: Can't Get You out of My Head Spinning Around Love at First Sight Dancing In Your Eyes Slow All the Lovers I Believe in You In My Arms On a Night Like This Your Disco Needs You Please Stay 2 Hearts Red Blooded Woman The One Come into My World Wow Get Outta My Way Timebomb Kids (with Robbie Williams) Stop Me from Falling New York City (BONUS TRACK – PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED) Disc 2: Step Back in Time Better the Devil You Know Hand on Your Heart Wouldn't Change a Thing Shocked (DNA 7" Mix) Especially For You (with Jason Donovan) I Should Be So Lucky Celebration The Loco-Motion (7" Mix) Give Me Just a Little More Time Never Too Late Got to Be Certain Tears On My Pillow Je ne sais pas pourquoi What Kind of Fool? (Heard All That Before) What Do I Have to Do? Confide in Me (Radio Mix) Breathe (Radio Edit) Put Yourself in My Place (Radio Mix) Where the Wild Roses Grow (2011 Remastered Version) (with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) Songs in bold are on the vinyl edition. I think it's highkey homophobic of her to act like Into The Blue (a lead single and her highest charting song post-Aphrodite), Some Kind Of Bliss (another lead single), and Chocolate (a #6 (!) hit and one of her best videos) don't exist. IMO these are a lot more deserving of being included than the likes of Celebration, all those oldies nobody cares about, or Please Stay (no offence, but five songs from Light Years, yet only one from Impossible Princess, and not a single one from Kiss Me Once???). What's even worse is that more than half of these songs aren't even on the vinyl edition of this. I get that it's essentially a best-of compilation, but considering that it's dubbed "the definitive collection", I think all eras would've deserved to be represented properly, even the commercially less successful ones (i. e. Impossible Princess and Kiss Me Once). And obviously, only adding one new song ("new") is a bit of a choice too.

It's a fun bop, but I much prefer Broken TBH.
