~i love when new or clueless people try and be aggressive towards Eclipse like he isn't one of the most verified and accomplished leakers in the fandom and be contrarian just for the hell of it~ -

She should put out an acoustic ep with songs like this. It really wouldn't be that big of a deal for her (literally no promo + a dull random cover art is fine) and we'd all LOVE that. -

What? Maybe you've heard Hey Blue Baby recently? Or half the Honeymoon that has the most power vocals out of all her albums? Artists find their voice with time, that's a thing they do. I'd say she's still able to sing like in Sirens if my life depended on it. She just chooses not to and prefers other cosmetic changes to her voice that she finds appealing in a certain context and aesthetic of music. -

Imagine her buying fashion nova clothes just so she can wear them around her house and vlog about it and then not post it bc she considers it personal growth -

"We did it for fun we did it for free I did it for you you did it for me we did for the right reasons" sounds introspective enough to me. We don't know what the rest of the song is about, it could be about her old, bittersweet days just like HTD's NY reference. It could work in the right context All of this aside I don't really believe Yosemite WILL be there. It's Lana after all and I doubt she'd revisit previous projects. We also could've had a post LFL ep with Yosemite, RBFY and all these tracks but again... It's Lana so -

Waking up to a live that Lana has facial expressions in, jokes in and almost forgets to talk about music bc she's focused on being a baddie. I love her to death and we earned that January 8th single bitch. She better put it out. What a time to be alive -
God above knows another 2 hours of Elio being Elio is all I need really

Since Aciman is currently writing a sequel and Luca is starting to talk about filming it/it-ish, we need to bring this thread back to life I've been keeping up with the news this whole time but there was nothing quite worth posting up until now. There's a new interview with Luca that's entirely in Italian HERE & some more important things are (as gathered by timotheetea on tumblr): - he’s reluctant calling it a ‘sequel’, says it’s more of an ‘episode’ - he says he felt melancholic watching cmbyn in sundance for the first time, because it was hard for him to let go of these characters and the people who worked on it - he’s interested in the characters as people, not just elio, but also mafalda, oliver, marzia and the perlmans - he says it’d be interesting to see how the things timothée will experience is the next 3, 5 years, would be incorporated into elio’s life - this ‘episode’ might ‘pass through’ crema, but will mostly be set in paris - opening scene with elio crying ‘with light shining on his eyes’—he’s watching the last scene of 80s classic, once more by paul vecchiali. he says it’s perfectly ‘in character’ for elio to love vecchiali’s work. Maybe good Italian sis @@Masochism can check and see if there's anything missing from this interview. Welcome back in hell to some of you

I've had 2 complete reruns total. What I've gathered is: you can go back as many times as you want unless your current run is over 90 minutes. Sometimes the credits are hard-coded on the scenario (like with the granddaughter) but you can still go back and change things. After 90 minutes of going back and forth credits roll no matter if you want to go back or not. Have no proper info to back it up, no one on Reddit talked about this, can't understand Bandersnatch's coding either (HERE it is). All this is pure observation

The album was rescheduled and yet we still CHOSE to believe May 26th is the correct date, a surprise drop, July being a way to throw us off and distract us from believing the real date. WE made the conspiracy real. Neither Lana, nor her team did this. The joke was entirely on us -
Kitschesque being Graham for 4 minutes: After some thinking about this I've come to a conclusion they couldn't fit all these concepts and develop them to an extreme degree bc it'd be impossible to do AND see. And they wanted you to see everything, not the one ending you chose at first. There are so many solutions to this problem and ALL OF THEM are valid and Stefan's monologue at one point agrees with that. (SPOILER: The Netflix meta sequence let's you have a silly action scene which makes you think the story is what you want it to be). The concept you like is less developed than you'd like because all of the endings and paths are right. Bandersnatch is designed to allow briefly 5-6 soft endings in which you can go back and try something different and then after it passes 90 minutes it's ending. You're allowed to try all of them and they knew you'd try and go back, that's literally why the last option you'd choose (SPOILER: chopping dad's body) is the most interesting and affirmative of the concept that Stefan has been using you all along to blame you for his terrible morale. It's the last option you'd choose and they knew it, making you try all the different paths and then making the last one the most glorious. This episode has it's flaws, but the writing and planning and coding are all brilliant.
