  1.

I don't really care how much critics are eating shit up over it, it remains the same lackluster album to me. Agree to disagree.  :smile2:

I log on here like once a week and every time it's just you talking shit about the album lol. We get it, you find it boring and lackluster. The large majority of people don't and see it for something a lot more substantial than that. Agree to disagree, don't keep repeating yourself.

  2. Her lyricism definitely changed trajectory and I'm not sure if I'm here for it. On some of her new songs she couldn't sound more basic if she tried... like seven years ago I would've never even imagined that Lana would once sing "the culture is lit". We're far from the days of her lyrical excellency.

I'm sorry but it sounds like you don't really understand that lyric and it's purpose in the song if you think it's her being basic. Yes the word "lit" is basic, but it's use in The Greatest is absolutely not.

  3. You're more than welcome to dislike Hope, but don't embarass yourself by saying it's a trash song. Maybe it's not for you, but it was called out by many critics as a standout on the album and one of the best songs Lana's ever done. It's a heartbreakingly beautiful track, and the stripped down production is exactly what the song needed. Cinematic production on a song like Hope would make no sense.

  4. Lana hasn't done a great show since 2014. Nope, I wasn't impressed with her Endless Summer tour either.  :usrs:

Her live shows prime was in 2012 - 2013. She was okay in 2014. After that - nope.

I wouldn't go to any of her shows today even if I got free tickets. Between her lack of singing, poor effort, horrible clothing choices and the psychotic screaming stans - no thank you.

I'll watch it on YouTube better.

PS: How in the world do you post videos in here? I wanted to post a few videos here but all I see is the link when I post the video.

I saw her in 2014 for the first time and tbh she was pretty bad. The venue sucked, the sound was awful, and the fans were atrocious. I was pretty disappointed, but I also knew live performance wasn't really her strength and didn't hold it against her too much.

I saw her again in 2018 and she was flawless. It was a stunning show from start to finish. The sound was great, her voice was incredible, her stage presence was compelling. It was an unbelievable show, one of the best concerts I've been to.
