I'm going to have to finally listen to The Grants today, it's been a rough weekend

Maybe the label said you can finally have your surprise album as long as you drop your magnum opus masterpiece first, and a couple months after Ocean Blvd we're getting a chaotic album of unhinged bops

Lana wants us to be permanently in a state where she damages our mental health by having us in a chokehold and then heals our mental health with her music, and then we rinse and repeat the process

The way there are probably random people who never got the memo and will be sorely disappointed when the album isn't out at midnight

First listen was meh, second listen now is better but still overall a bit generic. It's not a bad album, not a great album.
