Let's do this. -
Already wondering how long the next hiatus is going to be.

Wow. WHAT is there not to love about stranger things. I hate scary things and even I love that show
-
By "new material" do you mean the post-ultraviolence stuff?
-
I love a lot of her songs. Anyone But You is not it imo, "satellite" is that good mainstream bop
-
I was just listening to her old catalog today, 22, smile, back to the basics...she used to be so brilliant. It's a real shame she lost her talent.
-
So far 3 songs out 3 are trash. Strongly wishing the album tracks are better...

Does she even care about having the #1 album though? The promo has been so minimal she might not get it on a less busy week either -

At the end of the day, those type of comments (you quoted) are just useless. We voicing our wants/opnions about the artists we love is like 95% of the activity of this thread. So what if she is not literally obligated to fulfill all of them? No shit. Everybody knows that. -

Can we take it 99.5% granted that HIAB is about G-Eazy? Because we know White Mustang is about him, and she refers to him as a killer in the song. (Everybody said you're a killer, but I Couldn't stop the way I was feeling the day Your record dropped) We also know that White Mustang was one of the last songs written for the album, and HIAB was one of the first so she was still thinking in the same themes. He is a great muse -

You have to remember that Lana is THE one in control in the studio, so another person is not just going to tell her what to do. Obviously there is no place for this guy's style to dominate Lana's vision. -

I think it's not all bad. It's like the May Jailer stuff, at first it might be underwhelming but if the lyrics are good it will give you all the feels overtime. (if you keep listening to it) Well she decided to change up the entire album (scrap BAR and yosemite and put on white mustang and summer bummer, cherry was a late addition too). It was probably because of her turbulent dating life at the time
