Okay whatever She can do what she wants to do. Be it activism or politics. It's good she found something productive to do in her spare time. But.. Ikr. I hope she makes the release of WM video a big promotional event. Or maybe it's some new project the way she has done her twitter (a new era won't be realistic at this point but a deluxe edition of LFL might be)

Last but not the least, I believe that 'Coachella - Woodstock In My Mind' would have been hated a lot less if it were simply named 'Stairway To Heaven' instead of that cringe inducing title. It has been a running gag on Lanaboards to mindlessly bash over Coachella but at least it gets better when the verses end, around the chorus ("words could turn to birds and birds would send my thoughts your way") & then there are a couple tracks with lamer lyrics & worse production & you know who they are.

In my opinion, I find it strange that, till date, she has chosen all the worst songs from LFL as singles. (White Mustang will be the only relief). Please don't drag me for adding Change in the worst list but I just can't stand it no matter how hard I try.

White Mustang mv better be good or else I'm gonna be sooo pissed! She probably wants to surprise us, but most of the time I feel like this bitch is actually testing my patience with unclear details & all.

Since people don't really 'buy' music anymore, a lot of musicians earn coins through video/audio streams (views). Also it helps in promoting the album so the most commercial song is chosen for a video treatment to draw in a mainstream audience. But yes, of course, she should have dropped it around the album release when the hype was sky high. Now it feels kinda late for promotion.

Listening to the Lust For Life instrumental, I think I would have really loved this song had there not been Abel's unnecessary & annoying voice in the chorus. I need a version with pure Lana.

That wouldn't be surprising at all. Also, I wouldn't feel even a little sorry for her if it does considering how little she cares.

I loved all the videos in BTD+Paradise era (except Burning Desire). I only like 'Ultraviolence' video from Ultraviolence era & 'High By the Beach' video from Honeymoon era. I don't like the rest. None from Lust For Life yet. The aesthetics just didn't make me 'feel' anything.

I'm glad she's not censoring herself. Artist should never censor themselves for the sake of their public image. I hated it when she said in an interview that she tries not to use certain words & topics in her songs now that she's 'aware' of her impact on public.

Does anyone know why Lana stopped working with Anthony Mandler after Tropico? Some of her most cinematic & successful videos were done by him. Well, that was my take on it but I might be wrong & there must be better answers. That would be nice but I doubt that would ever happen since a lot of people don't enjoy poetry anymore. I mean when I see footage of her live shows, I see teenagers screaming at the top of their lungs while she's singing. She's too pop for that indie shit now.

Lol I didn't get that too when I first joined lanaboards but I guess it's because homosexuals are stereotyped as being very dramatic & sassy & everybody here on Lanaboards is the definition of these two things.

I disagree here. I love all her monologues whether it is from Ride, Tropico (especially 'Howl' by Allen Ginsberg), National Anthem or Cola. I feel like the orchestra & cinematography behind the poetry was very well done & it went along her mysterious persona. But then it was Born To Die / Paradise era when her music videos were based on storylines & was working with the director Anthony Mandler (Lana should have never stopped working with him!). Although she has let go many of her iconic influences from that era & writes more autobiographical & stripped down music now. I mean the songs aren't that atmospheric and visual anymore. So I don't really see how a monologue would fit for the White Mustang video.

They record about 10 to 12 45-minutes episodes of American Horror Story in 6 months with the editing & all. If she doesn't doesn't serve us Tropico/Ride visuals in this video then I would be surprised at her time-management skills. It's just a 3 minute vid after all. (Lol.. who am I kidding. I think it is just Rich's spacey special effects & all that are taking all the time.. not the direction or storyline)

I think that those old Lana live recordings were awesome. I still listen to the 'million dollar man' & 'Off to the Races' performance in that session. I can understand why you guys hate them but I personally prefer when she improvises her melodies & does things with her voice. It's so creative. I don't enjoy the live performances which sound exactly like the studio version. Maybe she's waiting for someone to leak it

Some songs from LFL are wonderful but the visuals are bullshit. Honeymoon was slow at times but atleast it was tied up with a cohesive aesthetic & so was UV, BTD or Paradise. Love music video was only bearable due to Rich's special effects & the fact that Lana looked cute. Apart from that there was no plot or anything just a bunch of kids goofing around like an Panasonic TV commercial... and don't even get me started on that Weeknd featuring music video!

Maybe she'll drop the Mustang video when she's done with tour. She only seems to promote & concentrate on that right now. So when does the tour end? The only person I want Lana to date is Lana like in this Ultraviolence parody :- https://youtu.be/KdMyMlGHuEg
