It's weird because in the photos published from the same day as these video clips, her hair looks orange and they messed with her face. In the videos she looks like herself and looks stunning. Why did they edit her so badly for the magazine?

Record companies are just evil. Halsey comprises for Capitol all the time. That's why they let her record the last album (the one Trent Reznor produced) and were pissed when it flopped. Katy comprised a lot too. Sky won't do it. She won't compromise no matter what so the label turns on her and doesn't let her release anything. The thought that she has to release another album after Masochism. Another 10 years of suffering for her. I don't understand why they just don't drop her from the label if they hate her so much? She can be free of all this and release her music independantly on Bandcamp.

There's nothing wrong with being a studio artist. The problem is money. Artists make money on the road. She's a great model and her acting is ok. Maybe she can do that for a living and make music on the side. She shouldn't be on stage doing festivals but that's where the money is and she has to eat and pay bills. After all these years and with such a brilliant debut, she should have had a brilliant career in music as Lana, Charli and Marina. It's painful seeing these footages from all these festivals.

She use to be kinda huge when she was in Rilo Kiley. Under The blacklight was a kinda big album. They were active in the early 2000's. Her best selling solo work was her debut, Rabbit Fur Coat.

I hope she joins Bandcamp and creates her own label.

Fuck Halsey. Her music is terrible. She released 4 albums because she was willing to do what the label wanted. Sky refused to do that. Of course Sky is bitter. Money that could have gone to help record Masochism went to Manic and that flop "passion project" album she did with Trent Reznor. Also, Trent wasted his producer talent doing that "passion project". He should have worked with Amy Lee instead. Anyway, I say let Sky take jabs at Halsey. She has every right to after everything she's been through. I forgot about that... Even more reason to shade her.
