Well I was happy with getting Boom Clap even though it's not what I wanted.

Do you think Indie Pop or Electronica would fit better as the genre of this album? (for submitting to the CDDB)

No, just go to preferences>import settings, and the changes will apply to a downloaded files as well.

iTunes lets you choose your conversion preference of AAC, Apple Lossless, WAV, mp3 or AIFF.

I believe the highest itunes can convert to mp3 is 192. True 320 mp3s like rarely exist nowadays. (well for new songs)
