took a drive to this record after the rain, which ohgod the rain but wait after that, the CLOUDS. THE FUCKING CLOUDS. I just changed my prof banner to em like a few days ago, WEATHER CAME THRU. it was such a great experience just driving with the fall weather sliding from the window/windshield view it was such a moment. it felt like a movie i really needed that.

This album is so stabilizing n reassuring, and it breaks my heart for her knowing how mainstream culture doesnt really prize what she offers, this is past entertainment, this is a disarming and healing ring for the soul. Take it from her, u can have everything in this world but it can all still feel very baseless if u’ve lost yourself. What a noble journey this has turned into thank you n be well mama.

her tech references always remind me of LFL's Love mv, n reminds me how tech's always changing our world pretty proficiently, n then the nature of how humanity consumes and goes further with it and changes n serves as reminders of how tech's a two way street. it's kinda like a vacuum, n practically speaking the tech refs'll be cute to look back on later in life really.
