I really do hope that the album won’t be called Venice Bitch. I know she can be a bit sassy sometimes and it would be fun at first but it’d likely make me cringe after a (few) year(s). And why do people want it to be named Lizzy or Lana Del Rey? She clearly doesn’t need an album with her own name on it since she debuted years ago and has a huge fanbase.

MAC is so beautiful and I’m so proud of her for writing it, it actually made me tear up and fell a tear or two.

It’s her trademark by now.

I just remembered that Chuck made a great music video last year (the one with a man going to the movies? Jesse Jo Stark?), I just wish Lana could get something like that too but honestly, my hopes for a video for Venice Bitch are low.

I think it would be nice to have the unreleased songs, just to give her support for her old songs that I also love and heard a hundred times, maybe something like U2’s “Unreleased and rare”.

Especially is there’s a poetry book coming.

I usually wait and see if the singles end up in the album or not, I don’t wanna spend my coins on the same song twice. (which doesn’t make sense since I have all the albums on CD and vinyl lol)

... am I the only one who wonder how they get the butterflies to be so calm and pretty to sit on their hands, I suck at catching them.

Proud to see that Sweden is at #1, maybe she’ll consider coming back here in the future... I got kind of worried that she won’t because of that messy fan page on twitter (which had been dead for months btw) who wrote to her about the Israel show.

Just my thoughts on the album at the moment: since MAC starts with “you took my sadness out of context”, and the rumored Sylvia is supposed to be about Sylvia Plath whose life ended tragically, perhaps this album will deal with the idea of what happiness and sadness is, why it is a norm to always present yourself as someone happy? Lana got so much criticism for writing sad songs, people assuming what she was like, that maybe she’ll “explore” that? And her wanting to further evolve and change? Btw, I never thought about her slowly leaving her old Lana persona behind before (I mean, I’ve noticed that but I have t seen that in her lyrics really), I really like that theory. Never interpreted Swan Song like that before, wow. Edit: Lemme add HIAB to the list too, it discusses happiness too.
