Idk... @GroupieLover is right. It's kinda hard making a song of a certain mood when you're not in that mood. If she gets to that place that she wants to get to, I don't think we'll be getting any songs with the UV sadness anymore. Maybe they can sound dark because she has said that she likes dark songs but I'm not expecting more Pretty When You Cry's in a lyrical sense. Besides, personally I'm not here for monotonous sounds, that's what I love about this album.

Is there a good reason why she hasn't performed almost any song from HM Pretty When You Cry and Black Beauty live? Are those songs very painful for her to sing live or something?

13 Beaches is definetely about the paparazzi stuff, but maybe a past relationship could be like the "secondary" theme? The line "and let your memory dance in the ballroom of my mind, across the county line" confuses me, who's she talking to?

She said "another loser" so she's dissing Francesco right? 13 Beaches is also about Barrie maybe? And TNC could be about a relationship. I haven't really analyzed the lyrics in depth though

They'd still fit and it could still work as the bridge of the modern trap beats to the acoustic songs. I can just imagine those lyrics with a production similar to Heroin but with acoustic guitar included godddd BAR could be after Heroin (reflection on the relationship with the musician, mocking him because his fame has faded) Yosemite could be after Get Free (finally happy, but we haven't heard the song so we don't know how good of a closer it could be)

Now imagine that with a production similar to Heroin's or TNC's The fake Coachella lyrics that were uploaded like a day or two before the release of the song.

Sometimes it takes me a few minutes to decipher GKIT and I hate that. Oh but it's worse when we talk about unreleased because I have never seen the acronyms of a lot of them.

I remember the day UV was released. I wasn't a hardcore stan like now so I didn't listen to the singles besides WC until the release day. I was bored by UV (the song) and Cruel World (I'll fully write it since that song deserves to be written in full) but blown away by Shades Of Cool (another that deserves the best), and directly skipped to Black Beauty since I loved the leaked demo (I wasn't impressed though). It fully grew on me and became my favorite album in weeks lol. The same happened with Love, when I listened to the leak at 5 in the morning I was scalped right there. The singles grew on me almost instantly (but I think that's because I was so thirsty for new music lol).

Sorry, I'm too lazy. But let's talk about how WTWWAWWKD beats every other song in acronym ugliness

Heroin and Get Free ar better than MPG, FMWUTTT, TOW, G&R, FK, ITH and FS (God I hate writing songs in acronyms but I'm so damn lazy) Edit: I put UV and LFL in the same spot as my favorites, so many things I went through with UV is hard to top tbh.

Wait I remember what bothered me about the chorus the first time I heard it, the intro and the pre chorus have a certain "darker" atmosphere and then the chorus was suddenly a lighter atmosphere, I think. Maybe it could be a reason? But maybe that's intentional, like the theme is getting from dark to blue lol. But now I love it, specially because the last 5 months I've been wanting to get out of my negativity (that's why I was so happy about a happier album). Anyway, we all like different things.

I don't really see how the lyrics in the chorus are tacky tbh... elaborate?
