I love how this song seems to combine elements of every era/album so far.
 
The melody is very similar to her Sirens/May Jailer songs, while the beats give me a BTD vibe, the guitars remind me of a stripped back UV and her vocals sound very similar to HM but even more beautiful! I'm also reminded of unreleased songs like Wayamaya and also with that Because of You lyrical flashback.

the concept is lame though, same old stories. I thought Lana was writing about different topics this time around.

Hands down one of her best album tracks. I don't fucking care what anyone says. The fucking lyrics are golden. This album is going to fuck me up.

Killer doesn't have to mean a literal murderer (although it could, see: K). It's an expression that has many meanings in different contexts; for instance, people warning Lana he's a killer could easily mean he is a bad man/womanizer/bad for her, etc., per her usual themes

Interesting song, kind of off beat and convoluted. Very curious to hear in full. But damn, all these snippets are taking a toll on me. need at least one of them in full to hold over.
