it's not that the moonlight songs are bad, but future nostalgia had a cohesive sound and most of these new songs don't make any sense sonically with the parent album. she should've just put love is religion, that kind of woman, if it ain't me and a couple other songs on the re-release and the local-pleasing pop songs like fever and we're good as a b-sides ep

i thought it was gonna be like those livestreamed indoor crowdless concerts that every artist is doing now...welp

remember that time someone sold the hbhg instrumental to that one artist and she was gonna put it out as a song...or was that just me

i used to think she was an industry plant, but now i really think things just happened to line up for her at the very beginning of her career. it was a catchy, relatable song with a backstory everyone knew, there was a bit of drama surrounding the lyrics, and she's young and impressed everyone with the fact that she's only 17. the song sounded unfinished and it was definitely overhyped, but i hope she has some more solid material ready (without any cursive singing).
