Ok, maybe you should stop coming for Coney Island King's brand, it doesn't look that good... -
I think I said this to you in the past but I found out about Chelsea Wolfe from you so I'm pretty happy you finally made this thread. She's indeed really great

I know some of you are excited about Cinnamon because it's catchier and it's new, we've heard snippets, we are intrigued... But let's not jump to conclusions. We've already heard a minute and like 20 seconds of Cinnamon and is not gonna top VB at all, don't fool yourselves =))))) the production sounds pretty basic and even quite cheap at times and the whole chorus just feels pretty uninspired. To be honest, spilling some real honest fucking tea right now, y'all definetly love it so much because when the chorus kicks in it is similar to one of those Melanie Martinez/Billie whatever ''bops'' and you don't like to admit that because you say you've evolved with Lana in time too, but you actually still like your old, cringey taste -

Wow, those lyrics are just ''poetic'' sentences that you can find everywhere and they threw in some old ''wind in my hair'' ''Put red lipstick on'' shit and pretend it's Lana del Rey lyrics LMAO. how are people that dumb? -

That is really amazing, wow, get that deserved acclaim MAC That is just irrational, illogical and stupid, lol -

It simply got overshadowed by Venice bitch, which is sad but true.MAC is still amazing and fresh though -

Yeah, that was weird indeed but from what I've heard, her latest album was not that great so maybe that was a factor -
2018 Breakthrough Prize - November 4th, 2018
UltraHeroin replied to Say Yes to Heaven's topic in Appearances
Yeah, I remember that. I bet she was just lying and making stuff up in some interviews, 'cause like, she wasn't famous or anythhing, she could kinda say whatever she wanted, you know. And I know that many people like to play with alter egos when encountering strangers that they most likely will never see again so maybe that was it, lol -

The Grammys have been a very shitty popularity contest for years now, it's really a shame and a disgrace for music -

Shit, well this was unexpected...unless I was behind on the news. Anyway, she looks so amazing. Like a true queen. -
All I found was this: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B54PmNXqlJofN09FZGVOcnl0Yms Some songs on there are still released, like Rewear it or Do ya, and then there's other versions of known songs, but there's some unreleased also Also, maybe you already know about this, but there's a youtube channel called Fly Pirates that has some exclusive m.i.a. content like demos or some unreleased songs

Tbh, whenever she mentions a musical influence for her albums or songs, that element that she talks about is always barely there, the influence is really faded, so I think The RHCP thing is more of a ''I was listening to a lot of RHCP at the time so maybe some songs have similarities in sounds but not quite'' , you know what I mean? And also, these are not really pure country songs, they're more pop-flavoured, everybody (not you Clampi) should stop acting like these are your average ''James at his farm with his truck and his cows'' kind of music, 'cause it's really not. I must be stupid for being so happy or whatever, (lol) doesn't even sound that much like a country song, I can see it easily fitting NFR, and the fast pace of Hey blue baby is not too overpowering and could work too. Yes, thank you -

Honestly, I hope so. 'cause otherwise, I don't see how she'd release them, 'cause she tipically doesn't do standalone singles, so an album might be the only way we can get them and I fucking want them both, they're awesome songs. I don't think they will make NFR less cohesive because....they're pretty much in the same vein as MAC and VB, except Hey blue baby is more fast paced. So yeah, I don't think NFR will suffer too much if the songs make the tracklist, so if that's the only way they're gonna be released, put them in, now Lana!! -

The fucking acclaim, it keeps coming. Venice bitch is simply a masterpiece and whoever criticises it is tasteless....sorry, I'm stating just facts -

Honestly, same. That way, we might get tracks that normally would end up on the cutting room floor and not make the albums they're supposed to be for -

I'm fucking quoting myself...guys, for real, we HAVE to let Lana know how incredible Hey baby blue is, so she doesn't scrap it. It's probably one of the catchiest songs she's wrote in a while, it could even be quite a hit if she pushes it a little. -

I'm okay if these songs will not be on NFR but bitch she HAS to release them as standalone singles at least, they're so fucking goood!! Everyone, let's spam her twitter with replies of how hard we want these songs released, lol -
Lana to Perform at Jack Antonoff's Ally Coalition Talent Show
UltraHeroin replied to nationalxanthem's topic in Shows
Hoooollyy shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit these 2 songs are incredibly good!!! Fuck! Especially Hey blue baby. I need studio versions. It's too bad that they might not be on NFR since she did them just for fun with Jack but at least give them to us in studio version. That's all I'm asking. They're just so good, and her vocals were killer too. Even if we don't get them whatsoever, I'm really happy we got these videos.
