I need some news from Lana, it would have been better if she had said nothing, to be honest we would have been fine with that as I doubt anyone expected a new album so soon anyway. It worse when she announces something though and then it goes unheard of for months on end.

I hate when artists start hyping too early, and then it feels like forever before we hear anything again. First single please Lana!!

And CL's!!!! Although most of you won't know her yet.

Mr Jenner? Also I doubt the album is not going to happen, just because Mark Ronson has been silent doesn't mean anything really. He's probably too busy promoting his own stuff to wanna talk about Lana. But even if she isn't working him now, I'm sure she will still be making the album.

I love how you put the more relevant part of your post in a spoiler Can we now stop with the Mariah shade, its annoying for people who don't care about arguing. I think a lot of people on here want the same thing visually, its the music side we have different opinions off. I'm hoping for more BTD esque songs and for her to bring the Hip Hop beats back, but I'm sure I will like what she does anyway as I usually do.

We don't really know what sound she is going for so she could easily work with him again. I think the label had something to do with that though, either they didn't invest as much in the era as they did BTD or she just didn't want to do all her visuals and promote because she wanted critical acclaim..

This! Its not like Lana said she wasn't happy with BTD and then never worked with him again, they obviously have a good friendship and working relationship.

Emile and Mark produced Unorthodox Jukebox??!? I love that album so much so that gives me high hopes if them two end up working with Lana for Honeymoon.

I just want Lana on this album to be honest. I think she's one of few artists that if they had someone featuring on their song it wouldn't add anything and could take away the ''vibe'' of the song. A rapper would probably spoil one of her songs unless it was a 50/50 song, but I think it would work better if she featured on a rapper's song like she did with ASAP.

The great thing about Lana is that all her music sounds like she made it. Her aesthetic is always there on her songs so no matter who she works with or what direction she goes in it will still sound like a Lana song. Obviously we like some songs better than others, but its great that we don't have to worry about her music changing too much.

I know Haynie produced most of BTD but there was still a bit more variety than UV which I'd like to see on Honeymoon.

I hope this is whats happening. I think its great if she had a hand full of different producers on the album who all compliment each other.

I can think of Kayne and maybe A$AP Rocky. I'm not even a big fan of either but it would work well.

This makes sense, like I get that she would want to let the music do the talking and let people come up with their own thoughts on the song. Personally I do enjoy when an artist explains the song though because sometimes you listen to the song in a whole new light. I love Lana's visuals though as they often enhance the message in her songs.

Lana needs to release some news about this album so this thread can get back on topic. I want her to do promo as in TV & Radio because I want to hear live performances in perfect quality as I enjoy listening to her singing live.

Lana's songs are nearly almost songs that grow on me instead of being instant. I like the sound of this so far, but I'll probably enjoy it more once I know the lyrics. I think it might be a favourite though as its the vibe I love. I want Emile on Honeymoon to be honest, I'll be a bit dissapointed if its all Mark Ronson, I like Lana to work with a few different people for variety. BTD had a few different people but the the album still feels complete as a album so I know she can still make an album with songs that all fit together well even working with a mix of producers.
